OLG Slots and Casinos
Every day, Ontario residents benefit from OLG activities. OLG creates jobs and stimulates tourism. Proceeds from OLG Slots and Casinos assist the provincial government in the support of hospitals, amateur sport, recreational and cultural activities, provincial priority programs such as health care and education, and local and provincial charities and non-profit organizations through the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
OLG is a direct contributor to economic development in our host communities across the Province. Since 1999, OLG has distributed over $467.7 million of non-tax revenue to 6 host charity casino communities and 17 host slots at racetrack communities in addition to tens of millions of dollars in related benefits. Additional funds are allocated to the City of Niagara Falls and the City of Windsor for hosting the resort property casinos.
