Self-Exclusion Class Action

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) will be in court from January 13 – 15, 2010 for hearings regarding a motion to certify a class action lawsuit against the Corporation.

The proposed action from the plaintiff concerns the interpretation and intent of the operation of OLG’s voluntary self-exclusion program (SE) between December 1999 and February 2005.

It is expected the judge will render a decision later in 2010.
