Vendor Registration

Vendors doing business with the Lottery and Gaming divisions of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) are potentially required to be registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

What is the AGCO?

The AGCO is an Ontario Government agency responsible for:

  • Regulating legalized Lottery, Gaming and liquor licensing in Ontario
  • Ensuring any participants in legal Lottery and Gaming operations, including vendors, satisfy high standards of honesty, integrity and financial responsibility

For further information on the AGCO and vendor registration classifications, please visit www.agco.on.ca.

Vendor registration is one of the principal tools used by the AGCO to regulate those vendors and/or persons who work for or supply goods and services to the Lottery and Gaming operations of OLG. Applications for registration must be fully completed and submitted to the AGCO by affected vendors wishing to provide any goods or services.

The AGCO will classify vendors based on their ability to influence or control the operations of a Gaming site or Lottery game. Vendors who are in a position to influence or control the operations of a casino or Lottery game are subject to greater scrutiny by the AGCO.

For details of how to apply for an AGCO vendor registration, registration fees, etc., please contact the OLG Vendor Compliance Coordinator at (705) 946-6996.
