Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) adheres to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) which came into effect in 1995. It was established to provide a framework to reduce and eliminate barriers to the inter-provincial movement of goods, services, labor and investment within Canada.

The Crown Annex of the Agreement on Internal Trade requires that goods and service contracts valued at $500,000 (CAD) or more, and construction contracts valued at $100,000 (CAD) or more, be openly advertised.
