Kempenfest is Barrie's biggest outdoor waterfront festival of the year with over 400 artisans and craftspeople who are carefully selected to ensure the Festival meets the high standards for their 40th anniversary. Kempenfest was once again named one of the Top 100 Festivals and events in Ontario for 2009 and promises to be a great time! Proceeds raised are dedicated to community arts programs in the form of scholarships, donations for related material, demonstrations, exhibitions and gallery privileges.
