Holiday Hours

The Prize Centre will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of the Labour Day Holiday. Please expect longer than normal wait times on Tuesday, September 7 and Wednesday, September 8 due to the holiday.

MANDATORY: To claim a prize of $1,000 or more, you must complete a Lottery Prize Claim Declaration Form. This applies to both single and group play wins.

You can claim any lottery prize at the Toronto Prize Centre. To help process your claim, you should be prepared to answer some questions to help us verify the ownership of the winning ticket. You will be asked a series of questions including when and where the ticket was purchased, and if you or any member of your family is affiliated with OLG or with a person who sells OLG products.

The Toronto Prize Centre issues cheques for all claims. There is no cash on the premises.

Wait Times

Important

Any incomplete documentation or other issues may increase the time it takes to process your claim.

Most major winners collect their prizes on Mondays and Fridays. If you visit us on one of these days, you should expect longer wait times. The prize claim process can take some time and line-ups can be long, so consider arriving before 2 p.m. If you are claiming a prize of $10,000 and over, you should expect this process to take a minimum of two hours once you arrive at the prize claim counter.
