CONGRATULATIONS to Dennis Paulin of Sudbury who won $100,000 playing INSTANT VANCOUVER 2010 (INSTANT Lottery Game #1562).
“WOW! I won” an excited Paulin said of his win. “I had to double check the ticket” he went on to tell Toronto Prize Centre staff. The 60 year-old plans to use his windfall to pay off bills and help his daughter with her Masters tuition.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kelly Lake Convenience located on Southview Drive in Sudbury.
