"I couldn't believe it! I woke my husband up and was screaming" an ecstatic Seltenreich said of her Jackpot prize win. "I am very excited" she went on to say. The 69 year-old plans to finish off the cottage, go on a trip and share her windfall with family.
The winning ticket was purchased at Metro Elmvale Acres located on Walkley Road in Ottawa.
