Public Awareness

Awareness among customers about what they can do to protect themselves and their lottery tickets continues to grow, largely due to OLG's ongoing public awareness campaign which has consisted of advertising (television, radio, outdoor (transit), newspaper and internet advertising), point-of-sale and video terminals (at retail locations, gaming sites and the Prize Centre), communications on OLG.ca, and Public Relations.

This is a three step program:

  1. Increase Awareness
  2. Change Behavior
  3. Build Public Confidence
