1. Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Play For Ontario: 100% First Deposit Match Bonus – Up to $500 in Casino Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2. Eligibility requirements

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website (“Eligible Participant”).
    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Casino Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3. Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of  10:00am on March 31, 2022 and shall continue until 9:59am on July 15, 2022  (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2 An Eligible Participant who successfully completes all the steps contemplated in Section 4.1 in accordance with Section 4 and receives Bonus Funds pursuant to this Promotion shall not be eligible for any other Promotion that awards Bonus Funds to Individuals who register a Player Account for the first time.

 4. How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period;
    1. Opt-in to the Promotion by (i) navigating to the Player Account registration page via the link displayed on the banner that presented this Promotion; or (ii) by selecting the “Casino: up to $500 Deposit Match” promotion during the registration of their Player Account, either method will automatically populate the applicable promotional code. Codes must be unaltered by a user to remain eligible for this Promotion. Codes may only be used one (1) time.
    2. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address. The Code for this promotion will be pre-populated when an Eligible Participant navigates to the deposit page. 
    3. Make their first deposit of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance, since the opening of their Player Account, in an amount equal to or exceeding fifteen dollars ($15.00) (“Deposit”). 
  2. 4.2 Once the Deposit is successfully credited to the Player Account, Eligible Participants will be provided a Casino Bonus.
  3. 4.3 The amount of Casino Bonus will be calculated as one hundred percent (100%) of the Deposit made, up to a maximum Casino Bonus of five hundred dollars ($500.00). 
  4. 4.4 Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance. 
  5. 4.5 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page.

 5. Wager Requirements

  1. 5.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in Section 9 of the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
    1. a. Within three-hundred thirty-six (336) hours from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for a $15.00 Casino Bonus).  
  2. 5.2 The amount of an Eligible Participant's wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 5.1 is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.

 6. GENERAL TERMS

  1. 6.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), regardless of the amount of the Deposit.
  2. 6.2 The Bonus Funds can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
