1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Limited Time Offer $50 Instant Sports Sign-Up Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. The Promotion Specific Terms are subject to any requirements imposed by the AGCO from time to time. OLG may revise the Promotion Specific Terms from time to time and in such a manner as OLG, acting in its sole discretion, determines to be appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OLG reserves the right to extend the time period(s) available to Individuals to participate in this Promotion. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of opt-in):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and
    2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website, PlayOLG.ca;
    3. satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1 of the Player Agreement; and
    4. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any benefit provided pursuant to this Promotion or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available for Eligible Participants to participate in as of 10:00 a.m. on October 12th, 2021 and shall continue until 4:00 p.m. on October 29th, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2 An Eligible Participant who completes the steps contemplated in Subsections 4.1(a) and (b) shall not be eligible for another sign-up promotion that awards an instant bonus during the Promotion Period.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps in the order set out below within the Promotion Period:
    1. Navigate to the Player Account registration page via the landing page on www.proline.ca, or through the landing page they were directed to through a PROLINE+ digital advertisement;
    2. Complete the registration of a Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address; and
    3. Once an Eligible Participant has logged in to their Player Account, they will be provided a Sports Bonus of $50.00 (CAD) credited to their Sports Bonus balance.
  2. 4.2 Any Sports Bonus provided pursuant to the Promotion cannot be: (i) converted to Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.

5 General Terms

  1. 5.1 Eligible Participants may only participate in the Promotion, in accordance with the Promotion Specific Terms, one (1) time. The Sports Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall in no event exceed fifty Canadian dollars ($50.00 CAD).
