1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “PROLINE+ x Lotto Max Promo: Up to $60 First Deposit Match Sign Up Sports Bonus and $40 Lottery Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the provisions of the General Terms they must not opt-in to the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those Individuals residing in Ontario who (at the time of opt-in):
    1. Are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and
    2. Have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or any OLG legacy website (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG's advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:01 a.m. on June 1st, 2022 and shall continue until 10:00 a.m. on June 30th, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2 An Eligible Participant who completes the steps contemplated in Section 4.1 and receives Bonus Funds pursuant to this Promotion shall not be eligible for any other Promotion that awards Bonus Funds upon their first deposit.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps in the order set out below within the Promotion Period:
    Step 1: Registration
    1. Opt-in to the Promotion by navigating to the Player Account registration page via the link displayed by the banner on OLG.ca that presented this Promotion or by selecting the “Sports” sign up offer specific to this Promotion during registration of the Player Account which will automatically populate the applicable promocode as per Section 4.1(d); and
    2. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address.
    Step 2: Deposit
    1. Log-in to their Player Account;
    2. Navigate to the deposit page of their Player Account where the Eligible Participant will be presented a pre-populated promotional code (the “Code”) at the time of making their Deposit in the field provided on the page; and
    3. Make a successful first deposit of Unutilized Funds to the Cash Balance of their Player Account in an amount that is no less than fifteen dollars ($15.00 CAD) (“First Deposit”).
  2. 4.2 When completing the step contemplated in Section 4.1(d), the Code must be unaltered by an Eligible Participant to remain eligible for this Promotion. The Code may only be used one (1) time.
  3. 4.3 Once the First Deposit is successfully credited to the Cash Balance of the Player Account, Eligible Participants will be provided a Sports Bonus credited to their Sports Bonus balance. The amount of the Sports Bonus will be calculated as one hundred percent (100%) of the First Deposit made during the Promotion Period, for up to a maximum of sixty dollars ($60.00 CAD) in Sports Bonus. For example, a First Deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00 CAD) made in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms will garner sixty dollars ($60.00 CAD) in Sports Bonus. For further example, a First Deposit of twenty-five dollars ($25.00 CAD) made in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms will garner twenty-five dollars ($25.00 CAD) in Sports Bonus.
  4. 4.4 Any Sports Bonus provided pursuant to the Promotion does not expire and cannot be: (i) converted to Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.
  5. 4.5 If an Eligible Participant who has received the Sports Bonus contemplated in Section 4.3 wagers or places a series of wagers, with an aggregate amount of at least ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) on a Sports Betting Game Played Online (with Unutilized Funds and/or Sports Bonus) within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Wager”), a forty dollar ($40.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus (“Promotional Lottery Bonus”) will be credited to their Lottery Bonus balance at the end of the Promotion Period. If an Eligible Participant does not complete a Qualifying Wager, they will not be entitled to the Promotional Lottery Bonus or any equivalent benefit. Each Eligible Participant is only eligible to receive one (1) Promotional Lottery Bonus.

5 General Terms

  1. 5.1  Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Sports Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed sixty dollars ($60.00 CAD), regardless of the amount of the First Deposit. In addition, if a Promotional Lottery Bonus is awarded to an Eligible Participant pursuant to these Promotion Specific Terms, it shall not exceed forty dollars ($40.00 CAD).
  2. 5.2 In the event OLG believes that an Eligible Participant has used the Sports Bonus issued pursuant to this Promotion, whether alone or in conjunction with Unutilized Funds, to fund a Wager or series of Wagers, alone, or in coordination with other Players, that results in guaranteed profits, benefits or advantages or a reduced risk of loss for the Eligible Participant or other Players, irrespective of the Result(s) for the Eligible Participant or the other Player(s) (“Minimal Risk Betting”), OLG may, in its sole discretion, and in accordance with Sections 10.6 and 10.7 of the PROLINE+ Game Conditions:
    1. Void one or more of the Selections on the Wager(s); or Void the entire Wager(s), in which case OLG will provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Void Wager(s).
    2. Elect not to pay any Prize associated with the Wager(s) and provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Wager(s); and/or
    3. Remove the Sports Bonus from the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.
  3. 5.3 By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant represents, warrants and covenants they will not engage in Minimal Risk Betting.
