1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “PROLINE+ Super Bowl Promo – up to a $100 Sports Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG, save and except for the “PROLINE+ Super Bowl Promo – Super Bowl LVII Trip Sweepstakes” (“Super Bowl Sweepstakes”), which shall be conducted in conjunction with this Promotion.
  3. 1.3 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms which may be found here. The General Terms and the Promotion Specific Terms governing the Super Bowl Sweepstakes (“Super Bowl Sweepstakes Terms”), which may be found here, are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of these Promotion Specific Terms and the terms of the Super Bowl Sweepstakes Terms, the terms of the Super Bowl Sweepstakes Terms shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  4. 1.4 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the National Football League (“NFL”), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (the “NFL Parties”), are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of February 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. to February 13, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 How to Opt-In: To opt-in (“Opt-In”) to this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the steps set out in (a) through (d) below. By Opting-In to this Promotion in accordance with this Section 4.1, an Eligible Participant shall also be opted-in to the Super Bowl Sweepstakes.
    1. Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account;
    2. Eligible Participants must navigate either to the promotion tile (“Promotion Tile”) in the “Promotions Lobby” or to the “Promotion Detail Page” via the applicable promotional banner and opt-in to the Promotion by selecting the “OptIn” button for the “PROLINE+ Super Bowl Promo – Bonus & Sweepstakes”;
    3. Eligible Participants may only Opt-In to the Promotion one (1) time; and
    4. Upon Opting-in, Eligible Participants will be presented a notification indicating that their Opt-In was successful and the Promotion Tile will then appear in the Eligible Participant’s “Your Active Promotions” section of their Player Account.
  2. 4.2 Qualifying Requirement. In order to receive the Promotional Bonus contemplated in Section 4.4, an Eligible Participant who has opted-in to the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.2 must place a wager or series of wagers, with an aggregate amount of at least ten Canadian dollars ($10.00 CAD), funded by either Unutilized Funds, Sports Bonus Funds or a combination of Unutilized Funds or Sports Bonus funds, on any Outcome (as defined in the PROLINE+ Game Conditions) offered in respect of the Super Bowl LVI championship game through the Sports Betting Game Played Online, PROLINE+ (“Qualifying Wager”) prior to the end of the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Period”). If the Eligible Participant does not meet the foregoing Qualifying Requirement, the Promotion will automatically be removed from their Player Account and will no longer be available to the Eligible Participant.
  3. 4.3 If an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirement contemplated in Section 4.3, a Sports Bonus of twenty-five percent (25%) of the aggregate amount of the Qualifying Wager made during the Qualifying Period, up to a maximum Sports Bonus of one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00 CAD) (“Promotional Bonus”), will be credited to their Sports Bonus balance by no later than February 16th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. For example, if an Eligible Participant wagers one-thousand Canadian dollars ($1,000.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on an Outcome offered in respect of the Super Bowl LVI championship game through PROLINE+ during the Qualifying Period, a one hundred Canadian dollar ($100.00 CAD) Sports Bonus will be credited to their Sports Bonus balance. For certainty, any Qualifying Wager placed, in accordance with Section 4.2, in respect of this Promotion will also satisfy the requirements of the Wagering Option set out in Section 7.3 of the Super Bowl Sweepstakes Terms, such that, subject to the Super Bowl Sweepstakes Terms, the Eligible Participant will earn a maximum of one (1) Entry for the Prize Draw (as defined in the Super Bowl Sweepstakes Terms).
  4. 4.4 If an Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in either Section 4.1(a) through (d), they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-855-978-7529. For certainty, an Eligible Participant who opts-out from the Promotion in accordance with this Section 4.4 shall also be opted-out from the Super Bowl Sweepstakes and shall forfeit any Entry they may have earned.
  5. 4.5 Any Sports Bonus provided pursuant to the Promotion does not expire and cannot be: (i) converted to Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.

5 General Terms

  1. 5.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Promotional Bonus shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on the Qualifying Wager.
