1 Introduction

1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$50 Sports Instant Sign Up Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. The Promotion Specific Terms are subject to any requirements imposed by the AGCO from time to time. OLG may revise the Promotion Specific Terms from time to time and in such a manner as OLG, acting in its sole discretion, determines to be appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OLG reserves the right to extend the time period(s) available to Individuals to participate in this Promotion. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those individuals residing in Ontario who (at the time of opt-in):
   1. are nineteen 19 years of age or older; and
   2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website, PlayOLG.ca;
   3. satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1 of the Player Agreement (“Eligible Participant”).
   Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any benefit provided pursuant to this Promotion or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

1. 3.1 This Promotion is  available for Eligible Participants to opt-in as of  8:00 a.m. on July 27th, 2021 (“Promotion Start Time”) and shall continue until the earlier of:

1. The successful registration of a Player Account, as determined in OLG’s sole and absolute discretion, for each of the first 25,000 Eligible Participants to register such Player Accounts in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms after the Promotion Start Time; and
2. 11:59:59 p.m EST on August 26th, 2021 (“the Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must satisfy the following requirements:
   1. Within the Promotion Period, opt-in to the Promotion by successfully registering for a Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement through the “Early Registration” URL found on either olg.ca/en/sports (for English) or olg.ca/fr/sports (for French); and
   2. Read, understand, agree to and accept the terms and conditions of the Player Agreement and of the General Terms, respectively, in effect as of the date the Sports Betting Game Played Online, “PROLINE+,” is released to the public through OLG.ca (“PROLINE+ Release”) by logging-on to the Eligible Participant’s Player Account on or after the date of the PROLINE+ Release and by checking the “accept” box upon being presented with the Player Agreement or by any other method requested of the Eligible Participant by OLG.
      For certainty, the game conditions governing PROLINE+ constitute Pay-to-Play Game Rules and are incorporated into and form part of the Player Agreement. Consequently, Eligible Participants are required to read, understand, and agree to such Pay-to-Play Game Rules as part of satisfying the requirement contemplated in Section 4.1(b) above. If an Eligible Participant does not agree to such Pay-to-Play Game Rules, they are restricted from participating in the Promotion and, consequently, are not entitled to any benefit provided pursuant to the Promotion.
   4.2 If an Eligible Participant who has satisfied the requirement contemplated in Subsection 4.1(a) or the requirements contemplated in Subsection 4.1(a) and (b) does not wish to participate in the Promotion, they must opt-out from the Promotion by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. An Eligible Participant who opts-out from the Promotion will not be entitled to any benefit from the Promotion. By accepting any benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds) the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Promotion Specific Terms.
   4.3 Once an Eligible Participant satisfies all requirements set out in Section 4.1, they will be provided with a fifty Canadian dollar ($50.00 CAD) Sports Bonus (which does not expire) credited to their Sports Bonus balance. This Sports Bonus cannot be converted to Utilized Funds, credited to the Cash Balance or otherwise withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance. For the avoidance of doubt, any Sports Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is subject to the General Terms.

5 General Terms

1. 5.1 Eligible Participants may only participate in the Promotion, in accordance with the Promotion Specific Terms, one (1) time. The Sports Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall in no event exceed fifty Canadian dollars ($50.00 CAD).

6 Definitions

1. 6.1 The following terms have the respective meanings set out below, and grammatical variations of such terms have corresponding meaning:
   
   “Sports Betting Games Played Online” means Pay-to-Play Games made available through OLG’s online sports betting platform. “Sports Bonus” means the notional amount corresponding to Canadian dollars credited to a Player Account which may only be used toward Sports Betting Games Played Online but excludes the Cash Balance.

7 Terms Specific to Sports Betting Games Played Online and Sports Bonuses

1. 7.1 To the extent any of the terms set out in this Article 7 are inconsistent or conflict with any terms of the Player Agreement or General Terms each in effect as of the date of the PROLINE+ Release, the terms of the latter two agreements shall govern this Promotion to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict.
   7.2 For certainty, Sports Betting Games Played Online constitute Pay-to-Play Games.
   7.3 For certainty, the Available Balance may include, depending on the availability of specific Bonus Funds in relation to the relevant Game, the Sports Bonus balance.
   7.4 For certainty, the Sports Bonus balance forms part of the Bonus Balance.
   7.5 For certainty, Bonus Funds, subject to the General Terms and the Promotion Specific Terms, can be used by a Player to play Sports Betting Games Played Online.
   7.6 For certainty, the Pay-to-Play Games Balance is not displayed to a Player during Sports Betting Games Played Online.
   7.7 For certainty, during play of Sports Betting Game Played Online, the Player will not be displayed the Balance consisting of the funds available for wagering on the specific Sports Betting Game Played Online.
   7.8 For certainty, the terms applicable to funding a wager for Pay-to-Play Games set out in Section 4.1 of the General Terms are not applicable to Sports Betting Games Played Online.
   7.9 Any funds won resulting from wagers placed on Sports Betting Games Played Online using Unutilized Funds from a Player’s Cash Balance or from a Player’s available Sports Bonus(es) will be credited to the Cash Balance of the Player’s Player Account as Unutilized Funds.
   7.10 Where a Player places a wager on a Sports Betting Game Played Online, funds are first deducted from the Sports Bonus balance of their Player Account. If no funds remain in the player’s Sports Bonus balance of their Player Account, then the funds will be deducted from Cash Balance of their account.
   7.11 For certainty, none of a Player’s wager on Sports Betting Games Played Online will be eligible in the fulfillment of the Wagering Requirements applicable to a promotion separate from this Promotion to convert their Bonus Funds to Unutilized Funds.
   7.12 For certainty, Casino Bonuses and Casino Game Specific Bonuses cannot be used toward a wager on Sports Betting Games Played Online.
   7.13 Sports Bonuses can only be used for Sports Betting Games Played Online and cannot be used for other Pay-to-Play Games, for the purchase of Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online, lottery or sports lottery purchases made at an authorized OLG retailer, or any wagering at a casino location in Ontario.
   7.14 Sports Bonuses are not subject to Bonus Merging.
