“PROLINE+ Bet & Get Promo – Bet $15, Get $50 Sports Bonus”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “PROLINE+ Bet & Get Promo – Bet $15, Get $50 Sports Bonus (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.3.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak, or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Sports Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2024 to 9:59 a.m. on March 25, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the email that presented this Promotion and select the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
    2. Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5 , the Eligible Participant will be credited with a fifty Canadian dollar ($50.00 CAD) Sports Bonus to the Sports Bonus balance of their Player Account.
  2. 4.2 The amount of Sports Bonus that will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Sports Bonus balance of their Player Account will not exceed fifty Canadian dollars ($50.00 CAD) in Sports Bonus.
  3. 4.3 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-855-978-7529 on or before March 25, 2024, 9:59 a.m.
  4. 4.4 Any Sports Bonus provided pursuant to the Promotion does not expire and cannot be: (i) converted to Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem a Sports Bonus are as follows:
    1. The Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any Sports Betting Games Played Online within the Promotion Period in order to receive a Sports Bonus. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Promotion Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
    2. The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive their Sports Bonus. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Promotion Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirement.

6 General Terms

  1. 6.1 Eligible Participants may only opt-in to the Promotion one (1) time during the Promotion Period. The Sports Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed fifty Canadian dollars ($50.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on Sports Betting Games Played Online.
  2. 6.2 In the event OLG believes that an Eligible Participant has used the Sports Bonus issued pursuant to this Promotion, whether alone or in conjunction with Unutilized Funds, to fund a Wager or series of Wagers, alone, or in coordination with other Players, that results in guaranteed profits, benefits or advantages or a reduced risk of loss for the Eligible Participant or other Players, irrespective of the Result(s) for the Eligible Participant or the other Player(s) (“Minimal Risk Betting”), OLG may, in its sole discretion, and in accordance with Sections 11.6 and 11.7 of the PROLINE+ Game Conditions:
    1. Void one or more of the Selections on the Wager(s); or Void the entire Wager(s), in which case OLG will provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Void Wager(s);
    2. elect not to pay any Prize (as defined in the Player Agreement) associated with the Wager(s) and provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Wager(s); and/or
    3. remove the Sports Bonus from the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.
  3. 6.3 By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant represents, warrants and covenants they will not engage in Minimal Risk Betting.
