HOW TO PLAY

How to play XWORD$

  1. Scratch the eighteen (18) YOUR LETTERS one at a time. For each of YOUR LETTERS revealed, scratch only that same letter each time it is found in PUZZLES 1 to 3, the two (2) orange words and the two (2) blue words respectively.
  2. Continue until all YOUR LETTERS and corresponding letters in the three (3) PUZZLES, two (2) orange words and two (2) blue words are revealed.
  3. If you revealed at least two (2) complete words in one (1) of PUZZLE 1, PUZZLE 2 or PUZZLE 3, win the corresponding prize as per the PRIZE LEGEND.
  4. If you revealed one (1) complete orange word, and you have won a prize in PUZZLES 1, 2 or 3 as per the PRIZE LEGEND, win 2 times* the prize won.
  5. If you reveal one (1) complete blue word, and you have won a prize in PUZZLES 1, 2 or 3 as per the PRIZE LEGEND, win 3 times** the prize won.

You can win only one (1) prize per ticket.

2X Wins (orange words) are applicable to all the prize categories excluding the $25,000 prize category.

3X Wins (blue words) are applicable to all the prize categories.

Puzzle 1 To Puzzle 3, Orange And blue Word Details

  1. A “word” must contain at least three (3) letters in PUZZLE 1 to PUZZLE 3.
  2. A “word” cannot be formed from right to left, from bottom to top or diagonally in any direction.
  3. Letters combined to form a complete “word” either completely horizontally or completely vertically in the same PUZZLE, orange or blue words must:
    1. appear in an unbroken horizontal or unbroken vertical sequence of letters;
    2. only use letters within the PUZZLES and orange or blue words that are matched with the corresponding YOUR LETTERS;
    3. use every lettered square between two (2) black spaces, or one (1) black space and the edge of the PUZZLES, in an unbroken horizontal or unbroken vertical sequence, with the exception of the orange and blue words. For the orange and blue words, all lettered squares for one word (each orange or blue word must contain five (5) letters per word) would need to be revealed using the corresponding YOUR LETTERS.
