PAYMENT SCHEDULE

We do not charge your account in advance! Once your subscription is in place, the first ticket is purchased immediately if you have funds in your Cash or Lottery Bonus Balance. For your upcoming draws, we will attempt to buy tickets the day after each draw around 8 a.m. or 4 p.m. (for DAILY KENO’s evening draw).

LOTTO MAX EXAMPLE

Suppose you subscribe to a Multi-Draw option with a limit of three draws, starting on Monday:

We charge your account for the 1st ticket when you purchase the subscription.	<LOTTO MAX logo> draw day	We charge your account for the 2nd ticket. 	<LOTTO MAX logo> draw day 	We charge your account for the 3rd ticket. Then, your subscription is finished. No further changes.

LOTTO 6/49 EXAMPLE

Suppose you subscribe to a Never Miss A Draw option, starting on Thursday:

GET TO KNOW YOUR LOTTERY SUBSCRIPTION

An OLG Online Lottery Subscription allows you to purchase selections for future draws, paying as you go so you never forget to buy your ticket.  

Select the number of draws (up to 999) you want to play or choose ‘Never Miss a Draw’ to continue playing until you decide to cancel. You can select your own numbers or have your numbers chosen randomly with ‘Auto Pick.’ 

For new subscriptions, the first ticket is purchased immediately, as long as there are funds in your account.  

For the following draws, refer to the Payment Schedule above. Remember, your subscription will automatically cancel if four consecutive draws are missed due to insufficient funds.

Yes. Your future tickets will have the same set of numbers as your first subscription ticket whether you manually picked your numbers or used the Auto Pick option.

Yes, if you have enough funds in your Lottery Bonus Balance. Once your Lottery Bonus balance reaches $0, funds will be deducted from your Cash balance.

If there aren’t enough funds in your Cash or Lottery Bonus balance to purchase a ticket for the next draw, your transaction will not be completed.

You’ll be prompted to deposit funds into your account and OLG can re-attempt the purchase every day around 8 a.m. and around 4 p.m. (for DAILY KENO’s evening draw).

  1.  Go to My Account > My Transaction History > Lottery > Subscriptions.
  2. Choose the subscription you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel subscription’ under Subscription Details.

The first ticket is purchased when you sign up for a lottery subscription and the subsequent tickets will be subject to the following schedules:

 

  • LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, ONTARIO 49, and DAILY GRAND

- The automatic purchase begins approximately at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time starting from the day after the draw, with the last attempt being on the day of the draw, approximately at 8:00 a.m.

 

  • DAILY KENO

- For the midday draw, the first automatic purchase begins at approximately 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and the last at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

- For the evening draw, the first automatic purchase begins at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time and the last at approximately 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Your Lottery Subscription may not have been processed due to one of the following reasons:

  • You had insufficient funds for the next draw. If sufficient funds are deposited within the automatic purchase window, we’ll attempt to fulfill your subscription.
  • You reached your Lottery Purchase Limit for the week. Once your Lottery Purchase Limit resets, your subscription will automatically continue to purchase tickets for the upcoming draws.

Your Lottery Subscription may have been automatically paused due to the following reason:

  • You took a break using ‘My PlaySmart’. Don’t worry! Your subscription will resume once you log in after your break is over.

Your Lottery Subscription may have been automatically cancelled due to one of the following reasons:

  • You had insufficient funds for four consecutive draws.
  • Your OLG account has been closed.

Unfortunately, no. If you subscribe to our Daily Keno, your tickets will be purchased for all upcoming daily midday and evening draws, until your subscription is completed or cancelled.

Advance Play is only offered in retail locations and allows you to buy tickets for up to 26 weeks on a wider selection of games.

No, a Free Play does not replace your subscription purchase. Any Free Play is considered an additional play that is above and beyond any plays purchased for your Subscription. If you don’t have sufficient funds in your account to fulfil your subscription, a Free Play will not take the place of your subscription play.
