Yes, you can check your ticket by scanning your ticket on the machine where indicated. A message will appear on screen, informing you of your results.

Anyone under 18 years old is restricted from participating in an OLG lottery, including purchasing a lottery ticket. To purchase a lottery ticket through self-serve lottery, an ID scan is required to verify the player is over the age of 18.
OLG trains retailers in using self-serve lottery that include controls for mitigating access by minors.
Self-serve lottery terminals have a customer-friendly interface and a Help screen to guide customers throughout the entire process. The basic steps are:
- Touch screen to start;
- Scan your ID;
- Select your tickets;
- Pay through the checkout option.
Currently only debit or credit cards are accepted. This includes debit and credit cards stored in Google Wallet and Apple Pay. Cash transactions are not available.

Yes, the self-serve lottery terminals touch screen includes game information icons that customers can select to learn more about the games available for sale.
Customers will be able to scan valid Ontario Driver’s Licences and Ontario Photo ID cards (as well as other North American Drivers’ Licences) for age verification.

No, the new self-serve lottery terminals will not replace existing lottery terminals or INSTANT ticket trays at current lottery retailers. They will add to the retail experience by providing a more convenient option for customers.
