How to Get Your Gift
STEP 1:

STEP 2:
IMPORTANT: Make sure your contact information is up to date by visiting the ‘Account Information’ page by March 21, 2021. Please note that your gift will be delivered to the address of your OLG.ca account.
STEP 3:
You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Delivery may take 4 to 8 weeks from the promotion end date.

1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Exclusive Gift Away – Gifts for LOTTO 6/49 Subscribers” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are eighteen 18 years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
- have been selected by OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion (“Eligible Participant”).
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of March 9, 2021 – March 21, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
4 Gifts
- 4.1 Subject to availability on a first come, first served basis, there is a total of one hundred and sixty five (165) Gifts available in this Promotion as described below (each a “Gift” and collectively the “Gifts”)

- 4.3 In the event a Gift cannot be awarded as originally contemplated by these Terms for circumstances outside of OLG’s control, OLG may, in its discretion, substitute a Gift of equal or greater approximate retailer value. No substitutions are to be made except at OLG’s election.
- 4.4 The Gift is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
- 4.5 The Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions that are set by the issuer of the Gift Card.
5 How to Participate
- 5.1 Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account;
- 5.2 Eligible Participants must navigate to the “Promotions Lobby” and opt-in to the Promotion by selecting the “Opt In” on the promotion tile (“Promotion Tile”) or an Eligible Participant may navigate to the “Promotion Detail Page” and select the “Opt-In” button;
- 5.3 Eligible Participants may only Opt-In to the Promotion one (1) time; and
- 5.4 Upon opting-in, Eligible Participants will immediately see notification on the Promotions Lobby or Promotion Detail Page, indicating that their Opt-In was successful. The Promotion Tile will then appear in the Eligible Participant’s “Your Active Promotions” section of their Player Account.
- 5.5 Gift quantities are limited, therefore in accordance with section 4.1 and 4.2, any Eligible Participant who attempts to claim the Gift after all quantities have been claimed, the Eligible Participant will not be able to Opt-In to the Promotion and they will not receive the Gift.
6 Delivery of Gifts
- 6.1 Gifts will be emailed to the Eligible Participant’s email address contained in their player account by June 30, 2021. Eligible Participants will have an opportunity to update their contact information by March 21, 2021 before the fulfillment process is initiated.
- 6.2 By entering this Promotion, the Eligible Participants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information (including, but not limited to their full name, mailing address, and telephone number) by the Promotion Agency for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Promotion. Promotion Agency will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
- 6.3 IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS OF THIS PROMOTION TO ENSURE THAT CONTACT INFORMATION, INCLUDING FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND HOME ADDRESS, CONTAINED IN THEIR PLAYER ACCOUNT IS ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE. OLG SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS PROVIDING OUT-OF-DATE OR INCORRECT INFORMATION.
7 General Terms
- 7.1 Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that MLSE’s sole role in the Promotion is that of supplier and that MLSE is in no way responsible for the administration of the Promotion or the selection of winners.
- 7.2 Eligible Participant’s may only redeem the Code one (1) time. The Lottery Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed Thirty Canadian dollars ($30.00 CAD).
- 7.3 No substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made for any Gift, save for OLG’s right, at its sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater value. Except as specifically provided herein, unclaimed Gifts will not be awarded.
- 7.4 OLG is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Promotion, or awarding Gifts in the event of circumstances beyond OLG’s control, and OLG may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions, as OLG deems necessary in its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OLG, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay the timing of any element of this Promotion to satisfy any customer service or promotional integrity issues resulting from uncontrollable or unforeseen circumstances, and this includes the right to similarly extend the time period(s) available to Eligible Participants to receive Gifts and/or submit Entries.
- 7.5 OLG reserves the right to deny an entrant or reject an entrant once accepted, for any reason which, in its sole judgment and discretion, it deems proper.
- 7.6 OLG reserves the right to change or alter this Promotion, as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to making changes or alterations to these Terms and Conditions relating to the accommodation of participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
