1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Casino Cash Eruption Free Spins Promotion” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 5.10.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Promotion Benefit or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2024 until 11:59 p.m. on August 29, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account;
  2. 4.2 Eligible Participants must navigate to the “Promotions Lobby” and opt-in to the Promotion by selecting “Opt In” once they get to the “Promotion Detail Page” or an Eligible Participant may click on the promotional banner and navigate to the “Promotion Details Page” and select the “Opt-In” button;
  3. 4.3 Eligible Participants may only opt-in to the Promotion one (1) time. Eligible Participants must opt-in during the Promotion Period to be eligible to claim the Promotion Benefit, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Promotion Benefit;
  4. 4.4 Upon opting-in, a notification will be displayed confirming that the Eligible Participant’s opt-in was successful;
  5. 4.5 After successful opt-in, the Eligible Participant will receive, subject to Section 5.4, free spins valued at ten Canadian dollars ($10.00 CAD) for the Cash Eruption casino game on OLG.ca (the “Promotion Benefit”); and
  6. 4.6 The Eligible Participant must redeem and use all of their awarded free spins, as described in Section 4.5, within one-hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours (which is approximately seven (7) calendar days) of opt-in (the “Qualifying Period”). If an Eligible Participant does not redeem and use all of their awarded free spins during the Qualifying Period, the Promotion Benefit or any free spins within their Free Spin Package that have not been redeemed will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.

5 How to Redeem Free Spins

  1. 5.1 Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account;
  2. 5.2 Eligible Participants must navigate to the Cash Eruption casino game page on OLG.ca which may be found here and select “Play Now”.
  3. 5.3 After selecting “Play Now,” the OLG.ca webpage will ask Eligible Participants to select one of the two following options:
    1. Save for Later
    2. Use Free Spins Now

    Eligible Participants must select “Use Free Spins Now” to immediately redeem the Promotion Benefit. If an Eligible Participant selects “Save for Later,” they will be permitted to redeem their free spins at a later date within the Qualifying Period by repeating the steps set out in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 and selecting “Use Free Spins Now” as described in Section 5.3.

  4. 5.4 Upon selecting “Use Free Spins Now" in accordance with Section 5.3, Eligible Participants will have the option to select one (1) of the three (3) following free spin packages (“Free Spin Package”):
    1. 50 Free Plays at $0.20;
    2. 25 Free Plays at $0.40; or
    3. 10 Free Plays at $1.00.

    Eligible Participants will be allowed to select ONLY ONE (1) of the three (3) Free Spin Packages described in Section 5.3. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE OR EXCHANGE THEIR FREE SPIN PACKAGE FOR ANOTHER FREE SPIN PACKAGE ONCE SELECTED.

  5. 5.5 After selecting one (1) of the three (3) Free Spin Packages in accordance with Section 5.4, Eligible Participants will be directed to the Cash Eruption casino game at which time they may play Cash Eruption using the free spins in their selected Free Spin Package.
  6. 5.6 If an Eligible Participant exits the Cash Eruption casino game before using all of the free spins in their Free Spin Package, the Eligible Participant may resume play with their remaining free spins at any point during the Qualifying Period, and will not lose their winnings from completed free spins.
  7. 5.7 In the event that an Eligible Participant is unable to access their free spins or is unable to access their winnings from completed free spins due to a technical malfunction or technical error on the OLG.ca online gaming platform, the Eligible Participant is not entitled any other substitute benefit but OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, award an Eligible Participant with a Promotion Benefit as defined in Section 4.5.
  8. 5.8 OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to the Promotion Benefit or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
  9. 5.9 The Eligible Participant’s winnings earned from the free spins in their selected Free Spin Package will be credited to the Cash Balance of their Player Account immediately after each free spin is played.
  10. 5.10 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4, they must opt-out by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098.
  11. 5.11 The free spins and Free Spin Packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed as cash, Unutilized Funds or Bonus Funds.
  12. 5.12 Any unused free spins will expire three-hundred thirty-six (336) hours after Promotion opt-in.

6 General Terms

  1. 6.1 THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. Eligible Participants are not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to participate in this Promotion.
  2. 6.2 The Promotion Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
  3. 6.3 OLG will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any claim arising in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any free spins awarded.
