1. Introduction

1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Live Casino First Deposit Match Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms.
4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2. Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
   1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
   2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated;
   3. registered for an OLG.ca Player Account on or after October 19th, 2021; and
   4. signed up for a Player Account with the “50 Live Casino Sign Up Bonus” promotion (“Eligible Participant”).
   Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3. Promotion Period

1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on October 27, 2021 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on  November 17, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
   1. Sign-in to their Player Account and make a successful first deposit of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance in an amount equal to or exceeding $15.00 (CAD) during the Promotion Period (“Deposit”).
   2. Be presented with a pre-populated promotional code (the “Code”) at the time of making their Deposit in the space provided on the “Deposit Funds” page. The Code must be unaltered by the Eligible Participant. The Code may only be used one (1) time and for their first Deposit.
   3. Once an Eligible Participant has completed the steps set out in Sections 4.1(a) and (b) within the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant will be provided a Casino Games Specific Bonus credited to their “Live Casino First Deposit Match Bonus” game wallet. The amount of the Casino Games Specific Bonus will be calculated as one hundred percent (100%) of the Deposit, up to a maximum of five hundred Canadian dollars ($500.00 CAD). This can be used for playing pay-to-play Live Casino Games.
   4. Satisfy the Wager Requirements within the Wagering Period, each as detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms, in order to convert their Casino Games Specific Bonus to their Cash Balance upon meeting the Wagering Requirements.
2. 4.2 If the Eligible Participant does not wish to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1(a) to (d), including meeting the Wagering Requirements, they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. By accepting any benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds) the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, and agreed, to these Promotion Specific Terms.

5. Wagering Requirements

1. 5.1 Within three hundred and thirty six (336) hours (which is approximately 14 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Games Specific Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is credited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make one or more eligible wagers which, in the aggregate, equal at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided as part of this Promotion (e.g. if the Eligible Participant makes a Deposit of $500 CAD and receives a $500 CAD Casino Games Specific Bonus, then, within the Wager Period, the Eligible Participant must make one or more wagers on Live Casino Games which, in the aggregate, equal $50,000 CAD).
2. 5.2 NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION. Notwithstanding Section 5.2 of the General Terms, the percentage of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements for pay-to-play Live Casino Games are as follows:

4. 5.3 If an Eligible Participant does not satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1, including the Wager Requirements, the Casino Games Specific Bonus will be removed from their Player Account at the end of the Wager Period and no compensation of any sort will be provided.

6. GENERAL TERMS

1. Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Games Specific Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed five-hundred Canadian dollars ($500.00 CAD), regardless of the amount spent on playing pay-to-play Live Casino Games, which includes Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Roulette, Auto Roulette, Baccarat and Texas Hold’Em. 
   
2. Notwithstanding Section 9 of the General Terms, the Casino Games Specific Bonus credited as part of this Promotion will not be subject to Bonus Mergiant.
3. The Promotional Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
