Introduction
- These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Get a $20 Casino Bonus When You Spend $20 on Casino Games Online” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
Promotion Eligibility
- The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded, deactivated, or placed on a break; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion as determined by OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion (“Eligible Participant”).
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Casino Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
Promotion Period
- This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 3:00 pm on August 22, 2022 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on September 5, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Participate
- In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
- Log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this Promotion and select the “Opt In” button.
- Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements, they will be provided a Casino Bonus of twenty Canadian dollars ($20.00 CAD) credited to the Casino Bonus balance of their Player Account.
- By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098
Qualifying Requirements
- The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem a Casino Bonus are as follows:
- Within one-hundred sixty-eight (168) hours from the time that the Eligible Participant opts into this Promotion (the “Qualifying Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager at least twenty Canadian dollar ($20.00 CAD) in aggregate on any Casino Game(s) in order to receive a Casino Bonus. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the one-hundred sixty-eight (168) hours, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
- The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager(s) using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance in the amount equal to or exceeding twenty Canadian dollars ($20.00 CAD) in aggregate during the Qualifying Period in order to be eligible to receive their Casino Bonus. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirement.
Wager Requirements
- Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus received from this Promotion and credited under the Casino Bonus balance, to the Cash Balance, are as follows:
- Within 336 hours from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least three (3) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least sixty Canadian dollars ($60.00 CAD) for a $20 Casino Bonus);
- Notwithstanding the Game Contribution amounts outlined in Section 5.2 of the General Terms, the amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 6.1a is one-hundred percent (100%) of wager(s) made during the Wager Period on any Casino Game(s) found on OLG.ca. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION.
- If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wager Requirements set out in this Term 6 within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.
General Terms
- Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed twenty Canadian dollars ($20.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on Games. Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotion, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Casino Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
- The Casino Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
