1 INTRODUCTION
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Player Direct-To-Home Gift” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- (a) are nineteen 19 years of age or older;
- (b) have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
- (c) have been selected by OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion (“Eligible Participant”).
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Gift or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 PROMOTION PERIOD
- 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on December 22, 2020 until 11:59 p.m. of January 10, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
4 GIFTS
- 4.1 A total of five-hundred (500) Eligible Participants will be selected to receive a Gift as part of this Promotion. An Eligible Participant may select only one of the three following gifts, each of which has an approximate retail value of no less than Two hundred fifty Canadian dollars ($ 250.00 CAN) (each a “Gift” and collectively the “Gifts”):
Selection Gift 1. Self-Care Collection 2. Night-In Collection 3. Game Night Collection - 4.2 There is a limit of one (1) Gift per Eligible Participant.
- 4.3 In the event a Gift cannot be awarded as originally contemplated by these Promotion Specific Terms for circumstances outside of OLG’s control, OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute a Gift of equal or greater approximate retailer value. No substitutions are to be made save and except at OLG’s discretion.
- 4.4 The Gift is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
5 HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- 5.1 Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account.
- 5.2 Eligible Participants must navigate to the “Promotions Lobby” and opt-in to the Promotion by selecting the “Opt In” on the bonus tile (“Bonus Tile”) or an Eligible Participant may navigate to the “Promotion Detail Page” and selecting the “Opt-In” button.
- 5.3 Eligible Participants may only opt-in to the Promotion one (1) time. Eligible Participants must opt-in during the Promotion Period to be eligible to claim a Gift, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim a Gift.
- 5.4 Upon opting-in, Eligible Participants will be presented a notification indicating that their Opt-In was successful. The Bonus Tile will then appear in the Eligible Participant’s “Your Active Promotions” section of their Player Account.
6 DELIVERY OF GIFTS
- 6.1 Gifts will be mailed to the Eligible Participant’s home address contained in their Player Account at the time of opt-in.
- 6.2 By entering this Promotion, the Eligible Participants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information (including, but not limited to their full name, mailing address, and telephone number) by the promotion agency designated by OLG to implement, administer and fulfill this Promotion (the “Promotion Agency”). The Promotion Agency will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
- 6.3 IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS OF THIS PROMOTION TO ENSURE THAT CONTACT INFORMATION, INCLUDING FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND HOME ADDRESS, CONTAINED IN THEIR PLAYER ACCOUNT IS ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE. OLG SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS PROVIDING OUT-OF-DATE OR INCORRECT INFORMATION.
7 GENERAL TERMS
- 7.1 Eligible Participants are not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to participate in this Promotion.
