1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Sports – 2nd Deposit Match Up to $100” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion, and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”). Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.3 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on April 1, 2025 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on December 1, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 To receive the Promotional Bonus, an Eligible Participant must, during the Promotional Period, satisfy the following requirements:
- Make the second deposit of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance since registering their Player Account in the amount equal to or exceeding $15.00 (CAD) (“Deposit”); and
- The promotional code “sportssecond” (the “Code”) must be applied to the Deposit.
- 4.2 If an Individual navigates to the deposit page of their Player Account by selecting the “Deposit Now” button on the promotion tile or promotion details page for this Promotion, then Individuals will be presented a pre-populated Code at the time of making their Deposit in the space provided on the “Deposit Funds” page. Codes must be unaltered by a user to remain eligible for this Promotion. The Code may only be used one (1) time. If an Eligible Participant navigates to the deposit page through their Player Account, then the Code will not be pre-populated, and the Eligible Participant will be required to enter “sportssecond” to receive the Promotional Benefit.
5 Sports Bet Credits
- 5.1 An Eligible Player that participates in this Promotion in accordance with Section 4 will receive in their Player Account the number of Sports Bet Credits that is one hundred percent (100%) of the second Deposit made during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00 CAD) in Sports Bet Credits (“Promotional Bonus”).
- 5.2 A Promotional Bonus earned pursuant to these Promotion Specific Terms expires 336 hours from the time it is credited to the Player Account of the Eligible Individual.
6 General Terms
- 6.1 The Sports Bet Credits provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00 CAD), regardless of the amount of the Deposit.
- 6.2 In the event OLG believes that an Eligible Participant has used the Sports Bet Credits issued pursuant to this Promotion, whether alone or in conjunction with Unutilized Funds, to fund a Wager or series of Wagers, alone, or in coordination with other Players, that results in guaranteed profits, benefits or advantages or a reduced risk of loss for the Eligible Participant or other Players, irrespective of the Result(s) for the Eligible Participant or the other Player(s) (“Minimal Risk Betting”), OLG may, in its sole discretion, and in accordance with Sections 11.6 and 11.7 of the PROLINE+ Game Conditions:
- Void one or more of the Selections on the Wager(s); or Void the entire Wager(s), in which case OLG will provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Void Wager(s);
- elect not to pay any Prize (as defined in the Player Agreement) associated with the Wager(s) and provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Wager(s); and/or
- remove the Sports Bet Credits from the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.
- 6.3 By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant represents, warrants and covenants they will not engage in Minimal Risk Betting.
