1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Spring Surprise – Get up to a $75 Casino Bonus When You Make Deposits” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available as of March 22, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. to March 28, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”).
- 3.2 Once opted in, the Eligible Individual must meet the Qualifying Requirements within ten (10) calendar days in order to receive the Casino Bonus. If the Eligible Individual does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must:
- Log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the “Spring Surprise” Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca and selecting the “Opt In” button.
- Once an Eligible Individual has met the Qualifying Requirements and the Qualifying Period has ended, they will be provided a Casino Bonus credited to their Casino Bonus balance.
- The amount of Casino Bonus will be calculated as receiving fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD) for every fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD) made in aggregate successful deposit(s) of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance during the Qualifying Period in accordance with the Term 5, up to a maximum of seventy five Canadian dollars ($75.00 CAD) in Casino Bonus.
5 Qualifying Requirements
- 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem a Casino Bonus are as follows:
- Within ten (10) calendar days from the date that the Eligible Individual opts into this Promotion (the “Qualifying Period”), the Eligible Participant must make successful deposits of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance in the amount equal to or exceeding fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD) in aggregate in order to receive a Casino Bonus. If an Eligible Individual does not meet these requirements within the ten (10) calendar days, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
- The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Individual make successful deposit(s) of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance in the amount equal to or exceeding fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD) in aggregate during the Qualifying Period in order to be eligible to receive their Casino Bonus. For greater certainty, a successful deposit can only occur once Unutilized Funds are debited to the Cash Balance. For the avoidance of doubt, only the deposits successfully made after the Eligible Individual has opted into this Promotion and during the Qualifying Period shall contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirement; any deposits successfully made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualified Requirement.
6 Wagering Requirements
- 6.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
- Within seven (7) calendar days from the date that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least five (5) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided per redemption as part of this Promotion;
- The amount of an Eligible Individual’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements detailed in Section 5.1a is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
7 General Terms
- 7.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed seventy-five Canadian dollars ($75.00 CAD), regardless of the amount of the deposits.
