1 Introduction

1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Sports $10 Instant Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. OLG may revise the Promotion Specific Terms from time to time and in such a manner as OLG, acting in its sole discretion, determines to be appropriate. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
   1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and
   2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
   3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”). Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.

   Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of March 28, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET to December 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period:
   1. Complete the registration of their first and only Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement; and
   2. Within thirty (30) calendar days from completing registration as set out in Section 4.1(a), opt into the Promotion by selecting the “Opt-in” button either by navigating to the “Promotions Lobby” or the “Promotion Detail Page”.

5 Sports Bet Credits

1. 5.1 An Eligible Player that participates in this Promotion in accordance with Section 4 will receive in their Player Account ten Canadian dollars ($10.00 CAD) in Sports Bet Credits (“Promotional Bonus”).
2. 5.2 A Promotional Bonus earned pursuant to these Promotion Specific Terms expires 720 hours from the time it is credited to the Player Account of the Eligible Individual.

6 General Terms

1. 6.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotional Bonus one (1) time. The Sports Bet Credits provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed ten Canadian dollars ($10.00 CAD). Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotional Bonus, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim a Promotional Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
2. 6.2 The Promotional Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
3. 6.3 Eligible Participants are not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to be eligible for a Promotional Bonus.
4. 6.4 In the event OLG believes that an Eligible Participant has used the Sports Bet Credits issued pursuant to this Promotion, whether alone or in conjunction with Unutilized Funds, to fund a Wager or series of Wagers, alone, or in coordination with other Players, that results in guaranteed profits, benefits or advantages or a reduced risk of loss for the Eligible Participant or other Players, irrespective of the Result(s) for the Eligible Participant or the other Player(s) (“Minimal Risk Betting”), OLG may, in its sole discretion, and in accordance with Sections 11.6 and 11.7 of the PROLINE+ Game Conditions:
   1. Void one or more of the Selections on the Wager(s); or Void the entire Wager(s), in which case OLG will provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Void Wager(s); 
   2. elect not to pay any Prize (as defined in the Player Agreement) associated with the Wager(s) and provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Wager(s); and/or 
   3. remove the Sports Bet Credits from the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.
5. 6.5 By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant represents, warrants and covenants they will not engage in Minimal Risk Betting.
