1 INTRODUCTION

  1. These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Casino 50 Slot Game Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):

    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website, PlayOLG.ca;
    3. satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1 of the Player Agreement; and
    4. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).
    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  2. In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on September 15, 2021 - 11:59 p.m. on  December 31, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. An Eligible Participant who successfully completes all the steps contemplated in Sections 4.1.a to 4.1.b in accordance with Section 4.1 shall not be eligible for any other  Promotion that awards Bonus Funds to Individuals who register a Player Account for the first time.

4 HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps in the order set out below within the Promotion Period:

    1. Navigate to the Player Account registration page via the offer banner on OLG.ca or through the landing page to which they were directed from the digital banner that displayed the Promotion;
    2. Complete the registration of a Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address; then log-in to their Player Account; 
    3. The Eligible Individual will be automatically opted into this Promotion once they have registered for a Player Account via the website banner they were driven to from OLG.ca, have validated their email following registration and logged into their Player Account.d. Within one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours from the time that the Eligible Individual signs up to OLG.ca via this Promotion, the Eligible Participant must wager an aggregate amount equal to or exceeding $15.00 from their Cash Balance on any Slot Game(s) and or Instant Game(s) (“Initial Wager”).  If an Eligible Participant does not successfully complete this requirement within the specified timeline, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and the Eligible Participant will not be entitled to any promotional benefit under this Promotion.
    4. If the Eligible Individual does not want to participate in the Promotion, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. By accepting any benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds, or Lottery Bonuses) the Eligible Individual confirms they have read, and agreed, to these Terms.  
  2. Once all the steps contemplated in Section 4.1 have been completed in accordance with Section 4.1, Eligible Participants will be provided a $50.00 Casino Games Specific Bonus credited to their Casino Games Specific Bonus balance named “Casino 50 Bonus”, which may only be used for any Slot Game(s) and Instant Game(s).
  3. Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Games Specific Bonus to their Cash Balance. 

5 WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

  1. Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Games Specific Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows

a. Within 336 hours from the time that the Casino Games Specific Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s  Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least one (1) time the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided as part of this Promotion (i.e. $50.00) (for certainty, the Initial Wager does not contribute to the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion);

b. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements detailed in Section 5.1(a) is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.  

6. GENERAL TERMS

     1.  Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Game Specific Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed $50.00, regardless of the amount of the Deposit.

     2. The Promotional Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
