Introduction
- These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Black Friday Casino Offer – Bet $50 on any Casino Style Game at OLG.ca, Get $100 Casino Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion
- This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the provisions of the General Terms applicable to this Promotion, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.3.
- This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
Promotion Eligibility
- The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- Have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website (“Eligible Participant”).
- In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
Promotion Period
- This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:00 a.m. on November 25, 2021 and shall continue until 9:59 a.m. on November 30, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
- An Eligible Participant who successfully completes all the steps contemplated in Sections 4.1(a) to 4.1(b) in accordance with Section 4.1 shall not be eligible for any other Promotion that awards Bonus Funds to Individuals who register a Player Account for the first time.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps:
Step 1: Registration
a. Opt-in to the Promotion within the Promotion Period by navigating to the Player Account registration page via the link displayed on the banner that presented this Promotion which will automatically populate the applicable promocode; and
b. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address within the Promotion Period.
Step 2: Play
c. Within 168 hours (which is approximately 7 calendar days) from the time that the Eligible Participant’s email address is validated (“Qualifying Period”), log-in to their Player Account; and
d. Within the Qualifying Period, wager no less than fifty dollars ($50.00 CAD) in Unutilized Funds on casino style games (the “Initial Wager”).
- Upon the completion of all steps set out in Section 4.1, the Player Account of the Eligible Participant will be credited with a one-hundred-dollar ($100.00 CAD) Casino Bonus to their Casino Bonus balance named “Black Friday Casino Offer”, which may only be used towards any casino style game. If an Eligible Participant does not successfully complete this requirement within the specified timeline, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
- By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds), the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not want to participate in the Promotion after they have completed the steps set out in Sections 4.1(a) to (c), they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. If the Eligible Participant wishes to opt-out after completing the step set out in Section 4.1(d), they must opt-out by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098.
- Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance.
Wagering Requirements
- Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
a. Within 336 hours (which is approximately 14 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least one (1) time the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided as part of this Promotion (i.e. $100.00 CAD) The Initial Wager does not contribute to the Wager Requirements for this Promotion.;
b. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 5.1(a) of these Promotion Specific Terms is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
6. General Terms
6.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed one-hundred dollars ($100.00 CAD).
6.2 The Bonus Funds are non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
