FYI! While a Lottery Bonus does not expire, it cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn.

I just won playing a Lottery game! How are my Lottery winnings shown in ‘My Balance’?
Any lottery winnings received from tickets purchased on OLG.ca will be deposited into your Cash Balance.

How do I use my Casino Bonus?
Your Casino Bonus can be used to play any casino or Instant games on OLG.ca, once your Cash in ‘My Balance’ reaches $0.00.
FYI! While a Casino Bonus cannot be withdrawn, it can be converted to cash when you complete certain requirements. Any Casino Bonus with a Wager Requirement (e.g. 10xWR) is bound to expire, depending on its wagering period (e.g. Complete 10xWR within 7 days).

How do I know how much ‘My Balance’ is when playing a casino game?
As you begin playing a casino game, the Cash Balance, Casino Bonus Balance, and Casino Games Specific Bonus Balance (only if the game in play is eligible) are combined and shown only as 'My Balance’.
If you have a Casino Games Specific Bonus Balance, you may only use it toward specific casino games. As a result, your total ‘My Balance’ may display different amounts depending on the casino game you play. Here’s an example:
If you decide to play Cleopatra Plus, your total balance is $95.00 (Cash + Casino Bonus + Egyptian Casino Bonus).
If you decide to play Siberian Storm, your total balance is $59.00 (Cash + Casino Bonus + Winter Casino Bonus).

No, Wager Requirements vary by promotion. Be sure to read and fully understand the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.
Can I deposit more funds into ‘My Balance’ while playing a casino game?
If you deposit during a game play, the deposited funds will not be reflected in the balance shown until you close the game window and reopen it.

The number of times, or total amount wagered (e.g. 10xWR), that you are required to play to convert your Bonus Funds to your Cash Balance.
After you join a promotion and receive Casino Bonus Funds or Casino Games Specific Bonus Funds from eligible casino games, you have the option to convert your Bonus Funds into your Cash Balance by completing a Wager Requirement. For example:
If you received $10.00 Casino Bonus funds with a 10x Wager Requirement (10xWR),
Casino Bonus Funds: $10.00
Wager Requirement: 10 x $10 = $100.00
If you received $25.00 Casino Bonus Funds with no Wager Requirement (0xWR),
Casino Bonus Funds: $25.00
Wager Requirement: 0 x $25.00 = $0.00
Game Contributions are percentages of each wager you make while playing eligible casino games that count towards fulfilling your Wager Requirement. Remember that our casino games have different Game Contributions and will help you decide which games you can play toward fulfilling your Wager Requirement. See the different Game Contributions in Section 5.2 of our General Bonus Funds Terms. Here’s an example:
Your starting Wager Requirement: $600.00
- You Wager: $10.00 on a slot game
- All slot games have a Game Contribution of 100%
- 100% of your wager counts towards your Wager Requirement
Your remaining Wager Requirement: $590.00 ($600.00 - $10.00)
FYI! Cash payments deducted from your Cash Balance, Casino Bonus Funds and Casino Games Specific Bonus Funds must be used on Casino games with greater than 0% Game Contributions to complete the Wager Requirements.
Only Casino Bonus Funds and Casino Game Specific Bonus Funds:
- are available for play in casino games with a 0% game contribution, but wagers made on these games will NOT count towards fulfilling the Wagering Requirement.
- are not available for play on Lottery games
You can only have one active promotion under your Casino Bonus Balance at a time. So, the option to do a Merged Bonus is adding two or more bonuses that have the same bonus balance type for casino games where:
1. The bonus amounts and Wager Requirement amounts of new & existing bonuses are added together.
2. The Wagering Period from the new bonus will become the Wagering Period for the merged bonus.
