1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) govern the “PROLINE+ Weekend Warmup” (the “Promotion”) and are subject to the General Bonus Funds Terms (the “General Terms”) and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms.
  2. 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.

2 Promotion Period

  1. 2.1 This Promotion is available from March 7, 2026 at 10:00 am to March 8, 2026 at 11:59 pm (the “Promotion Period”).

3 Promotion Benefit

    An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion will be provided the following Promotion benefit:

  1. 3.1 Upon Settlement of the Qualifying Wager, one (1) Sports Bonus Bet valued at $5.00 subject to the following conditions and limitations:
    1. The Sports Bonus Bet expires 168 hours after being credited to a Player Account; and
    2. The Sports Bonus Bet may only be used for one wager on PROLINE+;
    3. Any Sports Bonus Bet(s) provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed $5.00, regardless of the extent to which the Eligible Participant may exceed the Qualifying Requirements, including with respect to amounts wagered on PROLINE+.

4 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period, select the “Opt In” button on the Promotion webpage on OLG.ca.
  2. 4.2 Eligible Participants must satisfy the following Qualifying Requirements to receive the Promotion benefit(s) described in Section 3:
    1. During the Promotion Period, spend at least $5.00 of Unutilized Funds on an individual PROLINE+ wager ("Qualifying Wager").

5 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived or registered for My PlayBreak; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).

    Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
