1. Introduction

1. 1.1  These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Casino Offer – Deposit $15 on OLG.ca, Get a $10 food and beverage offer for Gateway Casino & Entertainment Limited land-based gaming sites; and bet $25 on any casino style game at olg.ca, get a $250 casino bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2  This Promotion is subject to the General Terms which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3  The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the provisions of the General Terms applicable to this Promotion, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.3.
4. 1.4  This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2. Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1  The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
   1. Are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
   2. Have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca (“Eligible Participant”).
   Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies, and any person who due to reasons of applicable law or court order is prohibited from registering or creating an account on OLG.ca are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. 2.2  In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds, offers or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3. Promotion Period

1. 3.1  This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:00 a.m. on July 10, 2023 and shall continue until 11:59p.m. on March 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. 3.2  An Eligible Participant who successfully completes all the steps contemplated in Sections 4.1 in accordance with Section 4 shall not be eligible for any other Promotion that awards Bonus Funds to Individuals who register a Player Account for the first time.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. 4.1  In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps:
   1. Opt-in to the Promotion within the Promotion Period by navigating to the Player Account registration page via the link displayed on the banner that presented this Promotion which will automatically populate the applicable promotional code (the “Code”). Codes must be unaltered by a user to remain eligible for this Promotion. Codes may only be used one (1) time; and
   2. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address within the Promotion Period.
2. 4.2  In order to redeem an applicable offer, an Eligible Participant must meet the applicable Qualifying Requirements within 336 hours (which is approximately 14 calendar days) from the time that the Eligible Participant’s email address is validated (“Qualifying Period”):
   1. To receive one (1) ten-dollar ($10.00) food & beverage offer (“F&B Offer”) redeemable for a food and beverage voucher to any Participating Facility amenity restaurant (subject to conditions set out in Section 4.3), an Eligible Participant must make a first deposit of no less than $15.00 (“First Deposit”); and
   2. To receive a two-hundred-fifty-dollar ($250.00 CAD) Casino Bonus (“Casino Welcome Bonus”) credited to their Casino Bonus balance named “Casino Welcome Bonus” (subject to conditions set out in Section 4.4), an Eligible Participant must wager, in the aggregate, no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on casino style Pay-to-Play Games excluding Sports Betting Games Played Online (the “Initial Wager”).
3. 4.3  F&B Offer
   1. Redemption instructions for the F&B Offer (“Confirmation Message”) will be communicated through the “My Messages” inbox associated with the Player Account of the Eligible Participant within 48 hours of the applicable Qualifying Requirement being met.
   2. To redeem the F&B Offer for a food and beverage voucher (“F&B Voucher”), a guest service desk at any Participating Facility must be satisfied with the following before the end of the Promotion Period:
      1. The Confirmation Message provided to the guest service desk in person is associated with the Eligible Participant present at the guest service desk; and
      2. The Eligible Participant is a member of the “My Club Rewards” loyalty program (“MCR Program”).
   3. The F&B Voucher can only be redeemed one (1) time at the amenity restaurant of any of the following Participating Facilities within seven (7) days of being issued:
      1. Cascades Casino Chatham
      2. Gateway Casinos Clinton Playtime
      3. Casino Hanover Gateway Casinos
      4. Innisfil Gateway Casinos London
      5. Cascades Casino North Bay Starlight
      6. Casino Point Edward Casino Rama
      7. Resort Gateway Casinos Sarnia Gateway
      8. Casinos Sault Ste. Marie Gateway
      9. Casinos Sudbury Gateway Casino
      10. Thunder Bay Playtime Casino Wasaga
      11. Beach Gateway Casino Woodstock
   4. The F&B Offer and F&B Voucher, if applicable, must be accepted as provided and are non-transferable. The refusal of an Eligible Participant to accept an F&B Offer or F&B Voucher releases and forever discharges OLG and Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited from all obligations to that Eligible Participant in connection therewith.
   5. Any and all expenses or other requirements associated with the F&B Offer, F&B Voucher or membership in the MCR Program not expressly provided for herein are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Participant.
   6. The Eligible Participant acknowledges, understands and agrees that:
      1. the F&B Offer, F&B Voucher or membership in the MCR Program may be subject to additional third-party terms (“Third Party Terms”);
      2. the Eligible Participant’s use of or the benefit to be derived from the F&B Offer or F&B Voucher may be conditional upon the Eligible Participant’s agreement to and compliance with such applicable Third Party Terms;
      3. the Eligible Participant is solely responsible for agreeing to and complying with any applicable Third Party Terms and any failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the F&B Offer or F&B Voucher;
      4. OLG does not make and expressly disclaims any representation or warranty or liability associated with the F&B Offer, F&B Voucher or membership in the MCR Program;
4. 4.4  Casino Welcome Bonus
   1. The Casino Welcome Bonus is only eligible to be used for wagering on casino-style Pay-to-Play Games excluding Sports Betting Games Played Online.
   2. Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Welcome Bonus to their Cash Balance.
5. 4.5  If an Eligible Participant does not successfully complete any of the Qualifying Requirements contemplated in either Section 4.1(a) or (b) within the Qualifying Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
6. 4.6  By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds), the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not want to participate in the Promotion after they have completed the steps set out in Sections 4.1, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. If the Eligible Participant wishes to opt-out after completing the step set out in Section 4.2(a) and/or (b), they must opt-out by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098.
7. 4.7  Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Welcome Bonus to their Cash Balance.

5. Wager Requirements

1. 5.1  Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in Section 9 of the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
   1. Within 336 hours (which is approximately 14 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Welcome Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least five (5) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided as part of this Promotion (i.e. $1,250.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on casino style Pay-to-Play Games. The Initial Wager does not contribute to the Wager Requirements for this Promotion.
   2. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 5.1(a) of these Promotion Specific Terms is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.

6. General Terms

1. 6.1  Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Welcome Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed two-hundred-fifty dollars ($250.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered to meet the Wager Requirements.
2. 6.2  The Casino Welcome Bonus are non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
3. 6.3  By participating in the Promotion, all Eligible Participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless OLG and Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited and their respective directors, officers, affiliates, agents and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever which they or their heirs, successors, assigns, executors or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect or relating to the Promotion, the administration of the Promotion, the Eligible Participant participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance or use, misuse or possession of any Bonus Funds or F&B Offer or F&B Voucher.
