Cloudflare
Cloudflare is an IT service management company that provides online security services and has a verification tool that presents a challenge at login when bot-like activity is detected to allow legitimate users to prove they are a human and not a bot.
You are receiving a Cloudflare challenge because Cloudflare's Web Application Firewall (WAF) has detected too many logins from the same IP address or some other indication of bot-like activity.
Please try the following:
Verify your browser compatibility. Cloudflare challenges support all major browsers except Internet Explorer.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Disable all browser extensions. Browser extensions may hinder the challenge from being successfully executed. To resolve this issue, disable your extensions and reload the page.
Ensure that JavaScript is enabled.
Confirm that cookies are enabled.
Try again in incognito or private mode.
Test with another browser or device.
Ensure you are not behind a VPN or proxy.
Try from a different network.
If the error continues, please contact Player Support at 1-800-387-0098.
How to Clear Cached Data and Cookies:
- Access Browser Settings: open your browser settings or preferences. Look for the menu in the upper right corner of your browser.
- Locate Clearing Options: Look for an option that says, “Clear browsing data”; “Clear cache”; or “Clear cookies and site data.”
- Select Data to Clear: Choose to clear cached images and files (cache) and cookies.
- Clear the Data: Confirm the action to clear the selected data from your browser.
After 120 seconds or 2 minutes, the challenge will time out. If this occurs, click the refresh link and a new challenge will appear.
The Cloudflare challenge is only supported by up-to-date versions of major browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. Challenges are not supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you are encountering issues using a major browser besides Internet Explorer, you should upgrade or change the browser.
