Please note that submitting a Lost Ticket request does not guarantee that a ticket can be identified or located.
No, we cannot guarantee we will find your ticket; however, our team will make every effort to locate your ticket. The more detailed information you provide in the form, the better the chances of locating it.
No. Submitting a Lost Ticket request is free.
It depends on how the tickets were purchased.
- If all of the lost tickets were purchased at the same date, time, and location, submit one request and include details for all lost tickets.
- If the tickets were purchased on different dates or at different locations, submit a separate request for each purchase and include the details for the tickets associated with that purchase.
This helps us review each lost ticket request as quickly and efficiently as possible.
