WINTARIO50 GAME CONDITIONS

These Game Conditions apply, until amended or revised, to the WINTARIO50 lottery game.

1.0 Rules


1.1 Participation in WINTARIO50 at lottery retail is governed by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “Corporation”) Rules Respecting Lottery Games and participation in WINTARIO50 on OLG.ca is governed by the Corporation Rules Respecting iGaming Lottery Games, both of which are available upon request or on OLG.ca,  and both of which include limitations of liability.


1.2 Words used in these Game Conditions which are used in the Rules Respecting Lottery Games or Rules Respecting iGaming Lottery Games shall have the same meaning as those used therein.

2.0 Game Participation


2.1 WINTARIO50 is a lottery game available as one (1) play for $5.00 or three (3) plays for $10.00 (“play” or “plays”).


2.2 Each play consists of one (1) unique eight (8) digit number, randomly chosen by the Corporation’s central computer system from a range of numbers between 00000001 to 99999999. For clarity, the player is unable to select their own eight (8) digit number.


2.3 Any play associated with a cancelled ticket will not be included in the Draw. It will be removed from the available plays and will not be reissued.


2.4 WINTARIO50 is available for purchase only at participating retail lottery terminals and on OLG.ca. WINTARIO50 is not available on the Corporation’s self-serve terminals.


2.5 Tickets will be available for purchase from the start of sales on June 24, 2025 to August 14, 2025 at 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

2.6 A winning ticket for the Draw must have a play that matches the winning number drawn in the exact specific order ranging from 00000001 to 99999999 (“winning ticket” or “winning tickets”).

3.0 The Draw


3.1 The Corporation will conduct the Draw on August 14, 2025 after 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time. All valid tickets purchased before August 14, 2025 at 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible for the Draw.


3.2 The Corporation will draw eight hundred (800) winning numbers from the eligible plays issued for the Draw. The order of the winning numbers drawn shall be from the highest Prize Amount Category ($50,000) to the lowest Prize Amount Category ($50). For clarity, the first one hundred (100) winning numbers drawn will be for the $50,000 Prize Amount Category; the next one hundred and fifty (150) winning numbers drawn for the $5,000 Prize Amount Category, and so on until all draws have been completed.

4.0 Prize Structure


4.1 The prizes available are based on the following prize structure:

5.0 Conditions


5.1 A player must pay for their ticket, and payment must be received before the ticket is delivered to the player.


6.0 Miscellaneous


6.1 The Corporation may amend the Game Conditions at any time and in any manner.


6.2 The headings in these Game Conditions are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Game Conditions.


6.3 These Game Conditions apply to the WINTARIO50 lottery game and are not applicable to any contest or promotion associated with the game.


6.4 Unless otherwise specified by the Corporation, these Game Conditions are confirmed to be effective as of June 24, 2025.
