“OLG Daily Drop”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “OLG Daily Drop” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 The Promotion consists of a series of daily promotions that are only available at the dates and times set out in Section 3.1.
  3. 1.3 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and Conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms. 
  4. 1.4 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion. 
  5. 1.5 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to Individuals residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).

      Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.

      Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. 
  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion consists of a series of daily promotions, available from 10:00 a.m. EST starting December 8, 2025, and continuing until 11:59 p.m. EST on December 22, 2025, (each day, the “Daily Promotion Period”, and collectively, the "Promotion Period").

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
    1. Log in to their Player Account
    2. Opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or “Promotions Details Page” on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this promotion; and select the “Opt-in” button.
    3. Once the Eligible Participant has opted in, they will receive a notification indicating successful opt-in.
  2. 4.2 After successfully opting in, the Eligible Participant will earn one (1) opportunity per Daily Promotion Period to play OLG Daily Drop (each, a “Daily Drop Play”) for a chance to win a Daily Drop Prize (detailed in Section 5.1) each Daily Promotion Period.
  3. 4.3 If the Eligible Participant does not use the Daily Drop Play during the Daily Promotion Period, it will be forfeited and will not carry over to any future Daily Promotion Period. However, the Eligible Participant will remain eligible during the Promotion Period regardless of whether they use their Daily Drop Play during any Daily Promotion Period.

    For clarity, the Eligible Participant must log in to their Player Account each day to use each Daily Drop Play, but there is no requirement to play daily.
  4. 4.4 Eligible Participants may only opt-in to the Promotion once. For clarity, any opt-in made during a Daily Promotion Period in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms will continue to render the Eligible Participant eligible to participate in subsequent Daily Promotion Period(s) throughout the Promotion Period, subject to these Promotion Specific Terms.
  5. 4.5 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4.1, they must contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098.

5 Prize Structure, Odds of Winning

  1. 5.1 A maximum of one (1) prize per Eligible Participant will be awarded during each Daily Promotion Period in this Promotion as described below (each a “Daily Drop Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”):

    Fifty Cents ($0.50 CAD) in Casino Bonus Funds credited to the Eligible Participant’s Play Account $0.50 CAD
    One ($1 CAD) in Casino Bonus Funds credited to the Eligible Participant’s Play Account $1.00 CAD
    Two ($2 CAD) in Casino Bonus Funds credited to the Eligible Participant’s Play Account $2.00 CAD

    Odds of winning: Each Daily Drops Prize has a set probability of being won, which OLG may revise at any point during the Promotion Period.

  2. 5.2 USE OF PRIZES IS SUBJECT TO THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN SECTION 6.
  3. 5.3 Any Daily Drop Prize won will be awarded to the Eligible Participant’s Casino Bonus Balance automatically.
  4. 5.4 An Eligible Participant can win a maximum of one (1) Prize per Daily Promotion Period.

6 Wager Requirements to Convert Casino Bonus to Cash Balance

  1. 6.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus credited under the “Casino Bonus” wallet to the Cash Balance are as follows:
    1. Within 168 hours (which is approximately 7 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least one (1) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least two Canadian dollars ($2.00 CAD) for a $2 Casino Bonus);
    2. MERGED BONUSES: THE MERGED BONUS PROVSIONS OF SECTION 9 OF THE GENERAL TERMS APPLY TO THIS PROMOTION WHEN, AT THE TIME YOU EARN A CASINO BONUS, YOU ALREADY HAVE CASINO BONUS FUNDS, WHETHER EARNED FROM THIS PROMOTION OR ANY OTHER PROMOTION, IN YOUR WALLET. THIS MEANS THAT SUCH CUMULATIVE CASINO BONUS EARNED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD WILL BE “MERGED” INTO A SINGLE CASINO BONUS, CALLED A MERGED BONUS. THE WAGER PERIOD FOR MERGED BONUSES WILL BEGIN AT THE TIME THAT THE LATER CASINO BONUS IS EARNED.
    3. For example, if you earn a $2.00 Casino Bonus by participating in the Promotion on Monday, the Wager Requirement will be $2.00 and the Wager Period will be 168 hours, beginning at the time you earned the Casino Bonus on Monday. If, on Friday, you have not yet met the Wager Requirement and you earn an additional Casino Bonus of $1.00 by participating in the Promotion, then your $2.00 and $1.00 Casino Bonuses will become a Merged Bonus of $3.00. The 1x Wagering Requirement will be $3.00 and the Wagering Period will be 168 hours beginning at the time that you earned the later Casino Bonus on Friday.
  2. 6.2 The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 5.1 is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
  3. 6.3 If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wager Requirements set out in this Section 6 within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance awarded pursuant to this Promotion in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero (0) and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.

7 General Terms

  1. 7.1 The Promotion Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant. 
  2. 7.2 OLG will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any claim arising in connection with the Eligible Participant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotional Benefit.
