1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “LOTTO MAX Subscription – Earn up to $12 in Lottery Bonuses” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion. 
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms. 
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG. 

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation): 
    1. are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak, or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”). 
  2. Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion. 
  3. Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  4. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification. 

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available as of May 22 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST to June 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). 
  2. 3.2 Once opted in, the Eligible Participant must meet the Qualifying Requirements specified in Section 5 in order to receive the Lottery Bonus contemplated in these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account. 

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps, within the promotion period: 
    1. Log-in to their Player Account;
    2. Opt-in to the “LOTTO MAX Subscription – Earn up to $12 in Lottery Bonuses”” promotion within the Promotion Period by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca and selecting the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
    3. If an Eligible Participant satisfies the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.1(a), their Player Account will be credited a Lottery Bonus in accordance with Section 5.1(a), and
    4. If an Eligible Participant satisfies the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.1(b), their Player Account will be credited an additional Lottery Bonus in accordance with Section 5.1(b).
  2. 4.2 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the Promotion by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” Page.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 Eligible Participants must satisfy the following “Qualifying Requirements” to receive the Promotion benefit described in Section 4:  

  2. The Eligible Participant must, after opting-in to the Promotion: 

    1. To receive one (1) $6.00 CAD Lottery Bonus (the “Subscription Bonus”): During the Promotion Period, (i) start a new “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for LOTTO MAX Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online in accordance with the Player Agreement (the “Subscription”), and (ii) remain subscribed until the Eligible Participant has purchased no less than one (1) LOTTO MAX ticket through the Subscription. Only Future Game Transactions associated with the Subscription that are completed within the Promotion Period contribute towards meeting the Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.1(a).
    2. To receive an additional one (1) $6.00 CAD Lottery Bonus (the “Keep Your Subscription Bonus”) (optional): Earn the Subscription Bonus and maintain the subscription used to earn the Subscription Bonus for period of no less than 14 consecutive days. Each attempted Future Game Transaction must result in a successful purchase until the Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.1(b) are met.
  3. 5.2 If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements before June 4, 2026 at 11:59 EST, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided. For clarity, an Eligible Participant who satisfies the Qualifying Requirements under Section 5.1(a) will qualify to receive the Subscription Bonus, irrespective of whether they meet the requirements to qualify to receive the Keep Your Subscription Bonus under Section 5.1(b). Please select here to learn how to create a new “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription.
  4. 5.3 The maximum Lottery Bonus an Eligible Participant can earn through the Promotion is twelve dollars ($12.00 CAD), or a maximum of six dollars ($6.00 CAD) for each of the Lottery Bonuses.  Under no circumstances will the Eligible Participant receive any more than the maximum Lottery Bonus set out in this Section 5.3, regardless of the quantity or duration of their active “Never Miss A Draw” subscription(s) to Draw-Based Lottery Games(s) Played Online. 

6 General Terms

  1. 6.1 The Bonus Funds provided in connection with this Promotion do not expire and cannot be: (i) converted into Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.
  2. 6.2 OLG reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to disqualify an Eligible Participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Eligible Participant will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
