"LOTTO MAX Subscription – Earn up to $12 in Lottery Bonuses"

1. Introduction

  1. 1.1  These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “LOTTO MAX Subscription – Earn up to $12 in Lottery Bonuses” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion. 
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms“) which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms. 
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG. 

2. Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation): 
    1. are eighteen (18) years of age or older; 
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak for a term equal to or greater than six months, or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).  
    Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
  2. Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  3. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification. 

3. Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available as of April 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST to May 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). 
  2. 3.2 Once opted in, the Eligible Participant must meet the Qualifying Requirements specified in Section 5 in order to receive the Lottery Bonus contemplated in these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account. 

4. How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps, within the Promotion Period:
  2. 4.2 Log-in to their Player Account .
  3. 4.3 Opt-in to the “LOTTO MAX Subscription – Earn up to $12 in Lottery Bonuses” promotion within the Promotion Period by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca and selecting the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
  4. 4.4 If the Eligible Participant has opted into the Promotion during the Opt-In Period, they will be eligible to earn the following two separate Lottery Bonuses (a “Subscribe to LOTTO MAX with Never Miss a Draw - $6 Lottery Bonus and a Keep Your LOTTO MAX Subscription for 14 Days - $6 Lottery Bonus.” and together the “Lottery Bonuses”)

    2. Keep Your LOTTO MAX Subscription for 14 Days - $6 Lottery Bonus
  5. 4.5 Once opted in and within the Qualifying period, the Eligible Participant must satisfy the requirements details in sections 5.1-5.8
  6. 4.6 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the Promotion by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” Page.

5. Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem the Lottery Bonuses are as follows:  
  2. 5.2 Subscribe LOTTO MAX with Never Miss a Draw - $6 Lottery Bonus: The Eligible Participant must create a new “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription on OLG.ca; and
  3. 5.3 The Eligible Participant must spend a minimum of six Canadian dollars ($6.00 CAD), in aggregate, using any combination of Unutilized Funds, Direct Pay or Lottery Bonuses on LOTTO MAX Played Online as part of  the “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription contemplated in Section 5.2 after opting-in to the Promotion (the “Qualifying Period”) and before May 14, 2026, at 11:59 EST. Only Future Game Transactions associated with such “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription(s) that are completed within the Qualifying Period contribute towards meeting the Qualifying Requirement.  
  4. 5.4 If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements before May 14, 2026 at 11:59 EST, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided. Please select here to learn how to create a new “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription.
  5. 5.5 Keep Your LOTTO MAX Subscription for 14 Days - $6 Lottery Bonus: An Eligible Participant who, at the time of opt-in, is subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” Lottery subscription for at least one LOTTO MAX Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online (an “Eligible Existing Subscriber”), must satisfy the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.4 to receive the six dollar ($6.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus.  

    An  Eligible Participant who is not subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” Lottery subscription for the LOTTO MAX Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time of opt-in (a “Eligible New Subscriber”), must satisfy the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.5 to receive the six dollars ($6.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus.  
  6. 5.6 Qualifying Requirements for Existing “Never Miss A Draw”  Subscription: The Eligible Existing Subscriber  must be subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw”  Lottery subscription for at least one LOTTO MAX Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time of opt-in, and the Eligible Participant must continue to be subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one LOTTO MAX Ticket Played Online for seven (14) consecutive days from the day of opt-in (“Qualifying Period”), without missing any scheduled Future Game Transaction, including due to insufficient Player Account funds or the cancellation of the lottery subscription. If the Eligible Participant satisfies this requirement they will receive one (1) six-dollar ($6 CAD) Lottery Bonus.
  7. 5.7 Qualifying Requirements for New “Never Miss A Draw”  Subscriptions:” During the Promotion Period, the Eligible New Subscriber must sign up for a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one LOTTO MAX Ticket Played Online and must continue to be subscribed to at least one “Never Miss A Draw”  LOTTO MAX subscription for at least fourteen (14) consecutive days from the date that they subscribe to the “Never Miss A Draw” LOTTO MAX lottery subscription (“Qualifying Period”), without missing any scheduled Future Game Transaction, including due to insufficient Player Account funds or the cancellation of the lottery subscription. If the Eligible Participant satisfies this requirement, they will receive one (1) six dollar ($6 CAD) Lottery Bonus.
  8. 5,8 An Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.3-5.5 and will not be eligible for the Lottery Bonus contemplated in Section 5.3 if their “Never Miss A Draw” LOTTO MAX lottery subscription is cancelled by the Eligible Participant or OLG for any reason during the Qualifying Period. For certainty, an Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.3-5.5 if a purchase made under the “Never Miss A Draw” LOTTO MAX lottery subscription is rejected during the Qualifying Period due to insufficient funds in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account or because their permitted Direct Pay payment card is not Funded. 
  9. 5.9 If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Qualifying Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided. Please select here to learn how to create a new lottery subscription. 
  10. 5.10 The maximum Lottery Bonus an Eligible Participant can earn through the LOTTO MAX with Never Miss a Draw - $6 Lottery Bonus Promotion is six dollars ($6 CAD). Under no circumstances will the Eligible Participant receive any more than the maximum Lottery Bonus set out in this Section 5.8, regardless of the quantity or duration of their active “Never Miss A Draw” subscription(s) to Draw-Based Lottery Games(s) Played Online. 

6. General Terms

  1. 6.1 The Bonus Funds provided in connection with this Promotion do not expire and cannot be: (i) converted into Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.
  2. 6.2 OLG reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to disqualify an Eligible Participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Eligible Participant will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
