1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Spin-Tastic Weekend: Get up to 40 Free Spins” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 6.9.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
- 1.5 The Promotion will run for a total of 10 weeks, during which the Promotion Benefit (defined below) will be granted to Eligible Participants who meet the Promotion Eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 and the Qualifying Requirements outlined in Section 5 for each Weekly Period (defined below). Eligible Participants must opt in and meet the Qualifying Requirements during each Weekly Period to be eligible for any Promotion benefit during that specific Weekly Period. The weekly periods are outlined below:

2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation in each Weekly Period):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).
Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in for any given Weekly Period, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion or whether that Individual was able to participate in an earlier Weekly Period.
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Promotion Benefit or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This promotion is valid and redeemable only from Friday at 6:00 PM ET until Sunday at 6:00 PM ET during each weekly period from January 23 through March 29, 2026 as outlined in section 1.5 (each, a “Weekly Period” and, collectively, the “Promotion Period” ),.
- 3.2 For clarity, Eligible Participants must opt in and meet the Qualifying Requirements during each Weekly Period to be eligible for any benefit associated with that Weekly Period.
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 In order to participate in any Weekly Period as part of this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps, within that Weekly Period:
- Log-in to their Player Account and Opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or “Promotions Details Page” on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this promotion; and select the “Opt-in” button within the applicable Weekly Period.
- 4.2 Eligible Participants must opt-in during the Weekly Period to be eligible to claim the Promotion Benefit during that Weekly Period, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Promotion Benefit.
- 4.3 Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5, the Eligible Participant will receive, subject to Section 6.3 and 6.4, free spins valued at two-hundred dollars ($200.00 CAD) that can only be used on any available Cash Eruption Game at the time of Opt-In on OLG.ca, excluding Cash Eruption High Stakes and MegaJackpot Cash Eruption (“Eligible Games”)(the “Promotion Benefit”).
- 4.4 Eligible Participants will only be able to redeem the Promotion Benefit on one of the Eligible Games set out in Section 4.3. Once the Eligible Participant selects “Use Free Spins Now” in accordance with Section 6.3, for any one of the Eligible Games, the Eligible Participant will only be able to redeem the Promotion Benefit on the selected game.
5 Qualifying Requirements
- 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem the Promotion Benefit are as follows:
- The Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least twenty dollars ($20.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any casino “Slot Games” found under the Casino Lobby on OLG.ca during the applicable Weekly Period in order to receive the Promotion Benefit for that Weekly Period. Wagering activity outside of the applicable Weekly Period will not count toward qualifying requirements. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the applicable Weekly Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account, and no compensation of any sort will be provided (“Weekly Period”).
- 5.2 The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance during the Weekly Period in order to be eligible to receive their Promotion Benefit. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Weekly Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirements.
6 How to Redeem Free Spins
- 6.1 Free spins associated with any Weekly Period expire within 48 hours of receipt (“Usage Period”). Upon satisfying the Qualifying Requirements, to redeem any free spins during the Usage Period, Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account and select “Play Now” on their preferred Eligible Game;
- 6.2 After selecting “Play Now,” the OLG.ca webpage will allow Eligible Participants to select one of the two following options:
- Save for Later
- Use Free Spins Now
Eligible Participants must select “Use Free Spins Now” to immediately redeem the Promotion Benefit. If an Eligible Participant selects “Save for Later,” they will be permitted to redeem the Promotion Benefit at a later date within the Usage Period by repeating the steps set out in Section 6, provided such redemption is not after the Usage Period ends.
- 6.3 Upon selecting “Use Free Spins Now”, Eligible Participants will have the option to select one (1) of the three (3) following free spin packages for an Eligible Game (each, a “Free Spins Package”):
- 40 Free Plays at $5.00
- 20 Free Plays at $10.00
- 6.4 Eligible Participants will be allowed to select ONLY ONE (1) of the three (3) Free Spin Packages described in Section 6.4. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE OR EXCHANGE THEIR FREE SPIN PACKAGE FOR ANOTHER FREE SPIN PACKAGE ONCE SELECTED.
- 6.5 If an Eligible Participant exits the Eligible Game before using all of the free spins in their Free Spin Package, the Eligible Participant may resume play with their remaining free spins at any point during the Usage Period and will not lose their winnings from completed free spins.
- 6.6 In the event that an Eligible Participant is unable to access their free spins or is unable to access their winnings after fully using the Promotion Benefit due to a technical malfunction or technical error on the OLG.ca online gaming platform, the Eligible Participant is not entitled to any other substitute benefit, but OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, award an Eligible Participant with a substitute benefit.
- 6.7 OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to the Promotion Benefit or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
- 6.8 Once an Eligible Participant plays through the entirety of their Free Spins Package, any winnings earned from the Promotion Benefit will be credited to the Cash Balance of their Player Account.
- 6.9 By accepting any Promotion Benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out in Section 6, they must opt-out by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098.
- 6.10 Free Spin Packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed as cash, Unutilized Funds, or Bonus Funds.
- 6.11 The Eligible Participant must redeem and use the Promotion Benefit as described in Section 6 within the Usage Period. Any unused free spins will expire 48 hours after being received.
7 General Terms
- 7.1 The Promotion Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
- 7.2 OLG will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any claim arising in connection with the Eligible Participant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotion Benefit.
