“Circle K Free Froster Promotion”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Circle K Free Froster Promotion” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”). Individuals meeting the criteria set out herein will be deemed to have been selected pursuant to this subsection 2.1c if they directly receive an email from OLG pertaining to this Promotion.

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available as of October 23, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST to December 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2 Once opted in, the Eligible Participant must meet the Qualifying Requirements specified in Section 5 in order to receive the Lottery Bonus contemplated in these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must visit a participating Circle K retail store in Ontario (“Participating Retailer”) during the Promotion Period and present to the cashier the email received directly from OLG pertaining this Promotion, containing a barcode that can be redeemed for one (1) free Froster of any size from any Circle K outlets within Ontario.
  2. 4.2 Limit of one free Froster per Eligible Participant during the Promotion Period. Only Eligible Participants can participate in this Promotion. The offer is only meant for the intended email recipient, and shall not be shared, distributed, or reproduced. If OLG and/or the Participating Retailer determine that any benefit provided hereunder is being used by any individual in a manner contrary to these Promotion Specific Terms, OLG may in its sole discretion take any steps it deems necessary, up to and including termination of this Promotion without notice. OLG may also in its sole discretion amend or suspend this Promotion (and, as necessary, these Promotion Specific Terms) at any time for any reason it deems necessary.

5 General Terms

  1. 5.1 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds), the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms.
  2. 5.2 Eligible Participant’s may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
  3. 5.3 The free Froster provided in connection with this Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant. The Promotion offer has no cash value.
