""I was enjoying my coffee on my balcony and checked my ticket using the OLG App,"" he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre to pick up his winnings. ""I shouted, 'Yay, I won $5,000!' but when I noticed an extra comma, I realized it was $5 million. My neighbour came outside to see what all the ruckus was about, and I showed him my phone screen.”
William plans to share his win with his children and go on a vacation to Cuba. ""I will take this day by day and plan the rest later.""
The 72-year-old says this win is a dream come true. ""I can't explain how this win feels. It was so unexpected,"" he concluded.
