Cathy, who works in childcare, has been playing INSTANT games with OLG for a couple of years. “When I won a CHIP prize on my ticket and had it validated at the store, I was expecting to win $10 or $20,” Cathy said, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. “When the animated chip landed on PLINKO, I froze, and my brain was fuzzy with shock. The clerk confirmed I’d won the PLINKO Event! I was so excited that I called my husband to join me at the store. We cheered and honked the whole drive home.”
The day soon arrived for Cathy to find out how much she would be taking home. As she dropped her Chip down PLINKO board, she was filled with hope and gratitude. “When the Chip landed, the crowd in the room started to cheer, but I couldn’t see anything and had no idea how much I’d won,” said Cathy. “Hearing the announcement that I’d won $500,000 was such an unreal experience! I was shocked and so happy—it was more than I’d hoped for.”
“I feel so blessed,” Cathy beamed. This whole experience has been a first for me. I never imagined I’d be here, collecting a prize like this. I think the most I’d ever won before this was $100,” she chuckled. “It feels great!”
“This money will be invested and put toward building the dream home we’ve been saving for. Our dream will soon become our reality,” Cathy concluded with a big smile.
