WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO VERIFY YOUR ID:
1. A MOBILE OR WEB CAMERA
2. Government ID
- Ontario Driver’s License
- Ontario Photo Card
- *Canadian Passport
- *Canadian Permanent Resident Card
*Canadian Passport and *Canadian Permanent Resident Card require proof of address.
If you don’t have any of the Government IDs listed above, please select “Document Verification.”

If you don’t have an Ontario Driver’s License or Photo Card, documents must :
a. Match your full name and address and issued within the last two months.
b. Be one of the following bills or statements:
- Cable
- Internet
- Gas
- Electricity
- Bank
- Insurance
- Mortgage
- Property Tax
We support jpg, png, heic, and pdf formats. Documents should be less than 15MB.

NOTICE OF COLLECTION
By clicking the checkbox, you provide your voluntary, opt-in consent to OLG to permit OLG and OLG’s vendor, Persona, and their service providers, to collect and use your personal information, including biometric information, to verify your identity and prevent identity fraud during the online registration process. The information will be used in accordance with OLG’s Privacy and Cookie Policy and Persona’s Privacy Policy. The biometric information will be permanently deleted: i) after your selfie is compared to your ID (whether a match or non-match is determined), or ii) if you pause the registration process, after three days, to allow you to return to the registration process.
