OLG invites players of all types and experience levels to join! However, only those with a registered OLG.ca account are eligible to join the OLG Connect Player Panel.

As soon as you’ve signed up to become a member of the OLG Connect Player Panel, you’re on the list! From time to time, you may be invited to participate in a research study by email or phone from OLG or their third-party affiliates for marketing research purposes.

The subject matter of the research studies you receive can vary. You may be contacted to participate in general topics or in engagements that are more relevant to you. If you’re selected and complete one of our research studies, you’ll be compensated for your time.

Your participation in the OLG Connect Player Panel is discretionary. If you no longer wish to receive communications about the panel, you may end your membership by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ from any survey invitation. Once you have completed this action, you will be removed from the OLG Connect Player Panel. You can also contact Player Support at 1-855-978-7529.

Don’t worry! Your membership is still active, so you don’t need to join again.

Members will receive a cash bonus incentive when they successfully complete one of our research initiatives. This amount will be disclosed before you opt-in for a research initiative. It will be deposited into your e-wallet upon successful completion of a research activity.

Cash Bonus incentives do not expire and remain within your e-wallet.
