1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Bonus Spin Thursdays: Bet and Get $2 in Bonus Spins” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 6.9.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).

    Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in.

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Promotion Benefit or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is valid and redeemable only from the time it appears in the Promotions Lobby of the Eligible Participant’s Player Account until 11:59 pm ET on the same calendar day of such appearance (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps, within the Promotion Period:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account and Opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or “Promotions Details Page” on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this promotion; and select the “Opt-in” button within the Promotion Period. Eligible Participants must opt-in during the Promotion Period to be eligible to claim the Promotion Benefit during the Promotion Period.
  2. 4.2 Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 4, the Eligible Participant will receive, subject to Section 5, bonus spins valued at two dollars ($2.00 CAD) that can only be used on one of the following games: Cleopatra, Cleopatra Grand, Cleopatra 2, Cleopatra Megaways (“Eligible Games”) (the “Promotion Benefit”).
  3. 4.3 Eligible Participants will only be able to redeem the Promotion Benefit on one of the Eligible Games set out in Section 3.4. Once the Eligible Participant selects “Use Free Spins Now” in accordance with Section 5.2, for any one of the Eligible Games, the Eligible Participant will only be able to redeem the Promotion Benefit on the selected game.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem the Promotion Benefit are as follows: The Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least five dollars ( $5.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any casino Slot Games found under the Casino Lobby on OLG.ca during the applicable Promotion Period in order to receive the Promotion Benefit for that Promotion Period. Wagering activity outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not count toward Qualifying Requirements. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Promotion Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account, and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
  2. 5.2 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion require that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive their Promotion Benefit. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Promotion Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirements.

6 How to Redeem Bonus Spins

  1. 6.1 Bonus spins associated with this Promotion expire 48 hours after receipt (“Usage Period”). Upon satisfying the Qualifying Requirements, to redeem any bonus spins during the Usage Period, Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account and select “Play Now” on their preferred Eligible Game;
  2. 6.2 After selecting “Play Now,” the OLG.ca webpage will allow Eligible Participants to select one of the two following options:
    1. Save for Later
    2. Use Free Spins Now

    Eligible Participants must select “Use Free Spins Now” to immediately redeem the Promotion Benefit. If an Eligible Participant selects “Save for Later,” they will be permitted to redeem the Promotion Benefit at a later date within the Usage Period by repeating the steps set out in Sections 5.1 – 5.2, provided such redemption is not after the Usage Period ends.

  3. 6.3 Upon selecting “Use Free Spins Now”, Eligible Participants will have the option to select one (1) of the two (2) following bonus spin packages for an Eligible Game (each, a “Bonus Spins Package”):
    1. 10 spins at $0.2
    2. 5 at $0.4
  4. 6.4 Eligible Participants will be allowed to select ONLY ONE (1) of the two (2) Bonus Spin Packages described in Section 5.3. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE OR EXCHANGE THEIR BONUS SPIN PACKAGE FOR ANOTHER BONUS SPIN PACKAGE ONCE SELECTED.
  5. 6.5 If an Eligible Participant exits the Eligible Game before using all of the bonus spins in their Bonus Spin Package, the Eligible Participant may resume play with their remaining bonus spins at any point during the Usage Period and will not lose their winnings from completed bonus spins.
  6. 6.6 In the event that an Eligible Participant is unable to access their bonus spins or is unable to access their winnings after fully using the Promotion Benefit due to a technical malfunction or technical error on the OLG.ca online gaming platform, the Eligible Participant is not entitled to any other substitute benefit, but OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, award an Eligible Participant with a substitute benefit.
  7. 6.7 OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to the Promotion Benefit or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
  8. 6.8 Once an Eligible Participant plays through the entirety of their Bonus Spins Package, any winnings earned from the Promotion Benefit will be credited to the Cash Balance of their Player Account.
  9. 6.9 By accepting any Promotion Benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out in Section 4, they must opt-out by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098.
  10. 6.10 Bonus Spin Packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed as cash, Unutilized Funds, or Bonus Funds.
  11. 6.11 The Eligible Participant must redeem and use the Promotion Benefit as described in Section 3 within the Usage Period. Any unused bonus spins will expire 48 hours after being received.

7 General Terms

  1. 7.1 The Promotion Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
  2. 7.2 OLG will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any claim arising in connection with the Eligible Participant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotion Benefit.
