1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “CASINO OFFER – BET $25 ON ANY CASINO STYLE GAME AT OLG.CA, GET A $275 CASINO BONUS” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 6.9.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. Have not previously registered a Player Account on OLG.ca (“Eligible Participant”); Volunteers, employees, officers, and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and related agencies are not eligible.
  2. 2.2 If an Individual does not meet eligibility requirements, OLG may reject or disqualify them from participating. Disqualified individuals are not entitled to any Bonus Funds or compensation.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 The Promotion is available and redeemable from 10:00 a.m. on June 1st, 2026 until 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2 Eligible Participants who complete the required steps are not eligible for any other promotion that awards Bonus Funds for first-time account registration.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps, within the Promotion Period:
    1. Step 1: Registration
      1. Opt in during the Promotion Period by:
        1. Using the banner link to the registration page, or
        2. Selecting the promotion during registration

        2. A promotional code (“Code”) will automatically populate. Codes must not be altered and can only be used once

      2. Complete account registration and validate email within the Promotion Period.
    2. Step 2: Play
      1. Within 336 hours (about 14 days) of email validation (“Qualifying Period”), log in to your account;
      2. Within the Qualifying Period, wager at least $25 CAD in Unutilized Funds on casino-style Pay-to-Play Games (“Initial Wager”).
  2. 4.2 After completing all steps, the Eligible Participant will receive a $275 CAD Casino Bonus (“Casino Welcome Bonus”) for use on casino-style Pay-to-Play Games. If requirements are not met within the Qualifying Period, the promotion will be removed with no compensation.
  3. 4.3 By accepting any promotional benefit, the participant agrees to these terms. To opt out:
    1. Before completing wagering: use the Promotion Lobby or contact support
    2. After completing wagering: contact Player Support directly
  4. 4.4 Participants must meet Wager Requirements to convert the bonus into cash.

5 Wagering Requirements

  1. 5.1 To convert the Casino Bonus into Cash Balance:
    1. Within 336 hours (about 14 days) of receiving the bonus (“Wager Period”), wager at least 10× the bonus amount ($2,750 CAD) in Unutilized Funds on eligible games. The Initial Wager does not count.
    2. Only certain games contribute to wagering requirements, based on Game Contribution rules in the General Terms. Not all games count, and not all contribute 100%.

6 GENERAL

  1. 6.1 The Promotion can only be redeemed once. The maximum Casino Bonus is $275 CAD regardless of wagering amount.
  2. 6.2 Bonus Funds are non-transferable and can only be used by the Eligible Participant.
