Offer Eligibility

  1. 1. 1. The Great Canadian Slot Play Special (the “Offer”) is sponsored by Ontario Gaming GTA Limited Partnership (“OGGTA”), Ontario Gaming West Limited Partnership (“OGWLP”), Ontario Gaming East Limited Partnership (“OGELP”) and Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (“GCGC”), doing business as Great Canadian Entertainment (collectively, “GCE”) and is administered in conjunction with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (“OLG”) (collectively, the “Offer Parties”). The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein (the “Terms and Conditions”). By participating in this Offer, each Participant agrees to be bound by: (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Great Canadian Rewards Terms and Conditions (iii) OLG’s Player Agreement; (iv) OLG’s General Offer Terms; and (v) all decisions of the Offer Parties, which are final in all respects.
  2. 2. 2. The Offer is open only to residents of Ontario (each, a “Participant”) who, at the time of participation: (i) are nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) are not inactive, self-excluded, banned or trespassed, or otherwise ineligible based on the application of the Offer Parties’ current policies, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy as determined by GCE or OLG, as applicable, in its sole discretion; and (iii) satisfy all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of GCE, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”), OLG, and any of the Offer Parties’ advertising, promotion or offer-management agencies are not eligible to participate.
  3. 3. To be eligible for the Offer, an individual must, at the time of participation, be registered and have a valid OLG.ca “Player Account” in good standing in accordance with OLG’s Player Agreement, which can be found here (the “Player Agreement”), and have received a direct invitation from OLG to participate in the Offer. To be eligible to redeem the Offer, an individual must, at the time of redemption have, or register for, a valid Great Canadian Rewards (“GCR”) membership.
  4. 4. An “Eligible Participant” is a Participant who meets the eligibility criteria set out in Sections 2, 3 and 4 and who is not otherwise disqualified by the Offer Parties.

Key Dates

  1. 5. This Offer consists of the following two periods: (i) the earning period, which begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “OLG Earning Period”); and (ii) the redemption period, which begins on November 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Redemption Period”).

Qualifying Requirements

  1. 6. This Offer consists of two components: (i) the “Qualifying Requirements,” administered by OLG, as described in Section 7, and (ii) the Great Canadian Rewards Slot Play, administered by GCE.
    1. Log in to the Eligible Participant’s OLG.ca Player Account and opt-in to the Great Canadian Slot Play Special promotion, found in the OLG Promotion Lobby; and
    2. Wager on any OLG.ca slot game (“Eligible Games”). Each wager made on an Eligible Game during the OLG Earning Period that otherwise satisfies these Terms and Conditions will be considered a “Qualifying Wager.” Qualifying Wagers will be used to calculate the Net Theoretical Losses (“NTL”) of each Eligible Participant, as described below.

Offer Details

  1. 7. An Eligible Participant who has completed the Qualifying Requirements will earn one (1) Great Canadian Rewards Slot Play offer (the “Slot Play Offer”) for use during the Redemption Period. The value of the Slot Play Offer will be calculated by OLG as ten percent (10%) of the Eligible Participant’s qualifying NTL, up to a maximum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00 CAD) in Slot Play. The Participant’s final Slot Play Offer amount will be determined by OLG and displayed in the Participant’s OLG Promotion Lobby. A minimum of Ten Dollars ($10.00 CAD) must be earned prior to reward. The amount will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar increment.
  2. 8. NTL means the theoretical net losses generated by an Eligible Participant's Qualifying Wagers made during the OLG Earning Period. The NTL is calculated by multiplying one minus the Return To Player (“RTP”) assigned by OLG to the applicable Eligible Game and the amount of each Qualifying Wager. RTP is the total prize payout percentage returned to all players throughout the lifetime of the game and can be found in the information section of the applicable Eligible Game. All NTL calculations shall be determined by OLG in its sole discretion based on its internal systems, and such determinations shall be final and binding.
  3. 9. The Slot Play Offer awarded to an Eligible Participant shall not exceed $10,000.00, regardless of the total value of Qualifying Wagers made by the Eligible Participant during the OLG Earning Period.
  4. 10. Invitations, eligibility, qualifying activity and the value of a Slot Play Offer are determined solely by OLG in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and OLG’s General Offer Terms. Questions or disputes concerning an invitation, Qualifying Requirements, OLG.ca activity, the calculation of NTL, RTP or the amount displayed in the Eligible Participant’s OLG Promotion Lobby must be directed to OLG, not GCE.
  5. 11. An Eligible Participant who has satisfied the Qualifying Requirements during the OLG Earning Period may redeem the Slot Play Offer at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, Pickering Casino Resort, Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel, Casino Ajax, Elements Casino Mohawk, Elements Casino Brantford, Elements Casino Flamboro, Elements Casino Grand River, Shorelines Casino Peterborough, Shorelines Casino Belleville, Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands or Slots at Kawartha Downs (each a “Destination” and collectively, the “Destinations”) during the Redemption Period.

How to Redeem the Offer

  1. 12. To redeem the Slot Play Offer, an Eligible Participant must visit Guest Services at a participating Destination during the Redemption Period and during that Destination’s applicable Guest Services operating hours. Guest Services operating hours vary by Destination and may change during the Redemption Period. The Eligible Participant is responsible for confirming the applicable operating hours before visiting. The Eligible Participant must log in to their OLG account on their mobile device and access their OLG Inbox to display the confirmation of the Slot Play Offer to a GCE representative.
  2. 13. Proof of the Slot Play Offer must be displayed directly from the Eligible Participant’s OLG Inbox message on the Eligible Participant’s mobile device at the time of verification. Printed copies, screenshots, screen recordings, photocopies or other reproductions of the Slot Play Offer will not be accepted.
  3. 14. The Eligible Participant must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. A GCE representative will verify the Eligible Participant’s eligibility by confirming that the full name displayed in the Eligible Participant’s OLG Promotion Lobby matches the name shown on the identification presented and the name associated with the Eligible Participant’s GCR account.
  4. 15. A Participant who does not have an existing GCR membership must register for a GCR membership before the Slot Play Offer can be loaded. The Participant must satisfy all GCR membership requirements and successfully complete the registration process.
  5. 16. Failure to provide satisfactory identification, display the live Slot Play Offer or satisfy any other verification requirement set out in these Terms and Conditions will result in the Participant being unable to redeem the Slot Play Offer.
  6. 17. Upon successful verification, a GCE representative will load the Slot Play Offer amount displayed in the Eligible Participant’s OLG Promotion Lobby to the Eligible Participant’s GCR account.
  7. 18. The Slot Play Offer may be redeemed only once. Once the Slot Play Offer has been loaded to the Eligible Participant’s GCR account, it will be considered redeemed and cannot be claimed again at the same or any other Destination. Limit one (1) Slot Play Offer redemption per Eligible Participant during the Redemption Period.
  8. 19. The Slot Play Offer must be redeemed at Guest Services during the applicable Destination’s operating hours and before Guest Services closes on November 30, 2026. Under no circumstances may a Slot Play Offer be redeemed after the Redemption Period ends. Any Slot Play Offer that is not redeemed during the Redemption Period will expire and will no longer be available. Eligible Participants are encouraged to confirm Guest Services operating hours before visiting and to allow sufficient time to complete the verification and redemption process.

Slot Play Activation and Use

  1. 20. After a GCE representative loads the Slot Play Offer to the Eligible Participant’s GCR promotional balance, the Eligible Participant must insert their valid GCR card into an eligible slot machine at a participating Destination to load the Slot Play credits to the machine for use.
  2. 21. Once the Slot Play Offer has been loaded to the Eligible Participant’s GCR promotional balance, the Eligible Participant will have thirty (30) days to use it. Any portion of the Slot Play Offer that is not used within thirty (30) days of being loaded will expire and will no longer be available.
  3. 22. The following general conditions apply to any Slot Play Offer awarded in the Offer: (i) the Slot Play Offer must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by GCE in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions are permitted, except at GCE’s option; (iii) GCE reserves the right to substitute the Slot Play Offer in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of such Slot Play Offer is unavailable with an offer or offer component(s) of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but solely at GCE’s sole discretion, a cash award; (iv) all characteristics and features of the Slot Play Offer, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, are at GCE’s sole and absolute discretion; (v) the Eligible Participant is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein; (vi) manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any, applies to the Slot Play Offer; (vii) as applicable, the Slot Play Offer is subject to all terms and conditions as stated by the offer issuer; (viii) neither GCE nor any of the other Released Parties (as defined below) makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Slot Play Offer awarded in connection with the Offer; (ix) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Eligible Participant understands and acknowledges that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either GCE or any of the other Released Parties should their Slot Play Offer fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory; (x) by accepting the Slot Play Offer, the Eligible Participant agrees to waive all recourse against GCE and all of the other Released Parties if the Slot Play Offer or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; (xi) any difference between the actual value of the Slot Play Offer and its stated approximate retail value (at any time) will not be awarded; and, (xii) GCE reserves the right to change any of the Slot Play Offer dates and/or description at its sole and absolute discretion. Slot Play may be used only on eligible slot machines and cannot be used on electronic table games or live table games. Any cash winnings resulting from the use of Slot Play may be retained by the Eligible Participant, subject to applicable laws, GCR program terms and conditions, and Destination operating procedures.
  4. 23. GCE is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in information received from OLG or contained in any database or account record. GCE reserves the right to correct an incorrectly loaded Slot Play Offer and to deny or revoke any duplicate, unauthorized, erroneous or otherwise ineligible redemption. An Eligible Participant who receives or attempts to redeem more than one (1) Slot Play Offer will not be entitled to the additional offer.

General Rules

  1. 24. All Eligible Participants must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.
  2. 25. As provided in the Great Canadian Rewards program terms and conditions contained within the Great Canadian Rewards application, a GCR card used in connection with the Offer may only be used by the named cardholder. The use of another person’s GCR card to redeem, activate or use a Slot Play Offer may result in disqualification from the Offer and forfeiture of the Slot Play Offer.
  3. 26. The Offer Parties reserve the right to deny an Eligible Participant or reject an Eligible Participant once accepted for any reason that, in their sole judgment and discretion, they deem proper.
  4. 27. If a Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Offer Parties will have no obligation to provide or honour a Slot Play Offer for that Participant.
  5. 28. The Offer Parties are not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Offer, or for providing or honouring a Slot Play Offer, in the event of circumstances beyond their control. The Offer Parties may, in their sole discretion, change, suspend, extend, shorten or terminate the Offer, or amend these Terms and Conditions, as the Offer Parties deem necessary or appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Offer Parties reserve the right to modify the Redemption Period, the OLG Earning Period, participating Destinations, Guest Services operating hours, verification or redemption procedures, eligibility requirements, or any other element of the Offer where necessary to address operational, customer service, safety, security, technical, offer-integrity or other circumstances beyond the Offer Parties’ control.
  6. 29. Any personal information provided to or collected by GCE, including but not limited to Participants’ contact information, is collected pursuant to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and is intended to be used for the following principal purposes: to conduct and administer the Offer by GCE, including but not limited to the awarding of the Slot Play Offer and referring to such personal information in voice messages or other messages left for a Participant, and to comply with legal requirements.   7. 30. The Offer Parties reserve the right to change or alter this Offer, as they deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, making changes or alterations to these Terms and Conditions relating to the accommodation of Participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
  8. 31. Patrons with self-excluded or trespassed status, as determined by GCE, will not be eligible for any gifts/prizes associated with GCE contests, promotions, tournaments or giveaways.
  9. 32. These Terms and Conditions govern the Offer and must be followed by all Participants at all times. By participating in the Offer, each Participant agrees to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  10. 33. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any disclosures or other statements contained in advertising, promotional, digital, social media or other materials relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions will prevail with respect to the Offer.
  11. 34. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time.
  12. 35. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of Participants or the Offer Parties in connection with the Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce or otherwise relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Offer.
  13. 36. By participating in the Offer, each Participant agrees to release the Offer Parties, their respective advertising, promotion and management agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Offer, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Slot Play Offer. Each Participant further agrees to indemnify the Released Parties against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from the Participant’s participation in the Offer and/or use or misuse of any Slot Play Offer. This release and indemnity shall continue in force following the termination of the Offer and/or the issuance of any Slot Play Offer.
  14. 37. The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to computer systems, servers, providers or equipment; (ii) the failure of any information to be received or recorded for any reason whatsoever; (iii) any injury or damage to a Participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; (iv) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a Slot Play Offer recipient; and/or (v) any combination of the above.
  15. 38. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each Participant agrees that: (i) under no circumstances will they be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or any Slot Play Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
  16. 39. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by the Offer Parties in their sole discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Offer Parties reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  17. 40. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
