1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$10 Instant Casino Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion in accordance with Section 4, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.5.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).

    Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 6:00 p.m. EST on April 11, 2026, until 11:59 p.m. EST on May 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps, within the Promotion Period:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account; and
    2. Opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or “Promotion Details Page” on OLG.ca via the link displayed in the banner that presented this Promotion and selecting the “Opt In” button.
  2. 4.2 Eligible Participants may only opt-in to the Promotion one (1) time. Eligible Participants must opt-in during the Promotion Period to be eligible to claim the bonus, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the bonus.
  3. 4.3 Upon opting-in, a notification will be displayed confirming that the Eligible Participant’s opt-in was successful. A Promotion Tile will then appear in the Eligible Participant’s “Your Active Promotions” section of their Player Account.
  4. 4.4 Once an Eligible Participant has successfully opted into the Promotion, a ten Canadian dollar ($10.00 CAD) Casino Bonus will be credited to their Casino Bonus Balance (“Promotional Bonus”).
  5. 4.5 If the Eligible Participant does not wish to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1(a) and (b), they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page, by calling 1-800-387-0098.
  6. 4.6 By accepting any benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds), the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, and agreed, to these Promotion Specific Terms.

5 Wager Requirements

  1. 5.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Promotional Bonus to the Cash Balance wallet are as follows:
    1. Within one hundred and sixty eight (168) hours from the time that the Promotional Bonus is credited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make one or more eligible wagers, which in aggregate, equal at least one (1) time the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) for a $10 Casino Bonus on any casino games.) The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 5.1(a) is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
    2. If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wager Requirements set out in this Section 5 within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance awarded pursuant to this Promotion in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero (0) and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.

6 General Terms

  1. 6.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotion, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Promotional Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
  2. 6.2 The Promotional Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
  3. 6.3 Eligible Participants are not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to be eligible for the Promotional Bonus.
