1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these "Promotion Specific Terms") govern the "Mega Match - Top-up" (the "Promotion") and are subject to the General Offer Terms (the "General Terms") and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an "Individual") is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms.
- 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.
2 Promotion Period
- 2.1 This Promotion is available from the time it appears in the Promotions Lobby of the Eligible Participant's Player Account until 11:59 pm ET on the same calendar day (the "Promotion Period").
3 Promotion Benefits
- 3.1 An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion will be provided the following Promotion benefit once the Qualifying Requirements have been satisfied:
A Casino Bonus valued at 100% of the amount wagered in accordance with Section 4.1(a), subject to the following conditions and limitations:
- The Casino Bonus expires at the end of the Wager Period.
- The Casino Bonus shall not exceed $100, regardless of the amount wagered in accordance with Section 4.1(a);
- To convert the Casino Bonus balance to Unutilized Funds in the Eligible Participant's Cash Balance, the Eligible Participant must, within 24 hours from the time the Qualifying Requirements have been satisfied ("Wager Period"), meet the following criteria:
- Wager, in aggregate, at least 2 times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion in accordance with Section 5.2 of the General Terms (the "Wager Requirements").
- The Wager Requirements are subject to the provisions of Section 5 of the General Terms, including with respect to Game Contributions as set out in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD SATISFYING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
4 Qualifying Requirements
- 4.1 Eligible Participants must satisfy the following Qualifying Requirements to receive the Promotion benefit described in Section 3:
- During the Promotion Period:
- Navigate to the deposit page by clicking on the promotion tile for this Promotion. The deposit page will include a prepopulated Code, which the Eligible Participant must not alter. Alternately, if an Eligible Participant navigates to the deposit page through their Player Account, they must enter the Code, "topup100". The Code one time during the Promotion Period; and
- The Code may be used only one time during the Promotion Period.
- During the Promotion Period:
5 Promotion Eligibility
- 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):
- are 19 years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been self-excluded; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG's current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG's responsible gambling policy ("Eligible Participant").
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG's advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
