1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the "Promotion Specific Terms") contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the "Weekend Bet & Get" (the "Promotion"). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an "Individual") is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Offer Terms (the "General Terms") which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.2.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG's current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG's responsible gambling policy ("Eligible Participant").

    Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual's opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG's advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Casino Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable from the time it appears in the Promotions Lobby of the Eligible Participant's Player Account (such time as determined solely by OLG) until 6:00 pm ET on the first Sunday that follows such appearance (the "Promotion Period").

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
    1. Log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the "Promotions Lobby" or promotion details page on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this Promotion and select the "Opt In" button within the Promotion Period
    2. Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5 and the Qualifying Period has ended, Eligible Participants will be provided a Casino Games Specific Bonus, credited to the Eligible Participant's "Weekend " Bonus wallet of their Player Account. The Casino Games Specific Bonus may only be used on the following categories of OLG.ca Games as set out in Section 5.2 of the General Terms:
      1. All Slot Games; and
      2. the following arcade-style games, (collectively, the "Arcade Games"): Pop-A-Shot LuckyTap, Plinball, Mines, Piggy Payouts Bank Buster LuckyTap, Cash Eruption Mines, Flippin Rich LuckyTap, Clucking Cross, Rainbow Run, Red Baron, Big Kick LuckyTap, Blocks, Dice, Twenty-One, Speed Crash, Hot Shots: Mines, Lucky Larry's Lobstermania Tap, Mines, Bustin' Bacon Tap, Find the Diamonds!, Lightning Fortune Tap n Win, Slingshot Blast UltraTap, Ice Fishing Live, Boulder Run, Crazy Pachinko, BULLS vs BEARS, Balloon Strike UltraTap, Hi-Lo, Towers, Cleopatra: Mines, Super Colour Game, Fiesta Pop, Olympus Strikes UltraTap, Diamond Rush UltraTap, Gridlock Gemblast, Thunderstruck FlyX, Take-Off, Rambo Mega Mines, War Live, Marble Race, Cash Can UltraTap, Race Track, Prospector's Gold Mine Run, Great Aztec: Mines, Flippin Awesome Shields of Asgard,Dan Marino Hail Mary, Wheel of Winners Link & Win, Banker's Bonus Payout, Wild Scoops Tap n Cash, Whack the Bell Tap n Cash, Off The Hook: Good Ol' Fishin Hole, Stellar Bounties.
      Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5 and the Qualifying Period has ended, a ten Canadian dollar ($10.00 CAD) Casino Games Specific Bonus will be automatically credited to their Casino Bonus balance named “Weekend”, which may only be used for Slots and Arcade games ("Promotional Bonus").
  2. 4.2 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the "Promotion Lobby" page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the "Contact Us" page or by calling 1-800-387-0098

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem a Casino Games Specific Bonus are as follows:
    1. Within twenty-four (24) hours from the time that the Eligible Participant opts into this Promotion (the "Qualifying Period"), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any of the following categories of OLG.ca Games as set out in Section 5.2 of the General Terms: All Slot Games, and Arcade Games. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Qualifying Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
    2. The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance during the Qualifying Period in order to be eligible to receive their Casino Games Specific Bonus. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirement.

6 Wager Requirements

  1. 6.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Games Specific Bonus credited under the "Casino Bonus" wallet to the Cash Balance are as follows:
  2. 6.2 Within 48 hours (which is approximately 2 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Games Specific Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant's Player Account (the "Wager Period"), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Casino Games Specific Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least one-hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00 CAD) for a $10 Casino Games Specific Bonus);
  3. 6.3 The amount of an Eligible Participant's wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 6.2 is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
  4. 6.4 If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wager Requirements set out in this Section 6 within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance awarded pursuant to this Promotion in the Eligible Participant's Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero (0) and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.

7 General Terms

  1. 7.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Games Specific Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed ten dollars ($10.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered to meet the Qualifying Requirements. Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotion, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Casino Games Specific Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
  2. 7.2 The Casino Games Specific Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
