1. Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) govern the “Buy 3 LOTTO 6/49, Get 1 on Us” (the “Promotion”) and are subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms.
- 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.
2. Promotion Period
- 2.1 This Promotion is available from the time it appears on Thursday in the Promotions Lobby of the Eligible Participant’s Player Account (such time as determined solely by OLG) until 10:30 pm ET on the first Saturday that follows such appearance (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Promotion Benefits
- 3.1 An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion will be provided the following Promotion benefit once the Qualifying Requirements have been satisfied:
A Lottery Game Specific Bonus valued at $3.00, subject to the following conditions and limitations:
- The Lottery Game Specific Bonus shall not exceed $3.00, regardless of the amount spent in accordance with Section 4.2(b); and
- The Lottery Game Specific Bonus may only be used towards the purchase of a ticket(s) for the LOTTO 6/49 Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online.
4. Qualifying Requirements
- 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period, select the “Opt In” button on the Promotion webpage on OLG.ca (“Opt-In”).
- 4.2 Eligible Participants must satisfy the following Qualifying Requirements to receive the Promotion benefit described in Section 3:
- Within 168 hours of Opt-In (“Qualifying Period”), spend no less than $9.00 in Unutilized Funds, in aggregate, on ticket(s) for the following Draw-Based Lottery Game(s) Played Online:

- 4.3 For certainty, tickets purchased in accordance with Section 4.2(b) that are part of a subscription in accordance with the Player Agreement contribute towards the Qualifying Requirements.
5. Promotion Eligibility
- 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):
- are 18 years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been self-excluded; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).
Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
